Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

Staying here was exactly what we needed - we attended a wedding and the related festivities and the house was is close proximity to everything - especially Doc’s where the pre-wedding event was - and what beautiful sunsets! The home was so beautiful and really felt like a home away from home - especially for our kids. The beds were so comfortable too! We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. We had a great time and Elina was a wonderful host. The house was fantastic, the open airy feel made us comfortable immediately. The layout was perfect, for 4 girls, with 4 full baths and bedrooms. We drove to the beach, short drive, and really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. We biked to the Sunset, about 7 minute bike ride and again, loved the use of the bike. We were there for Memorial day and were able to make use of the grill and enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the pool. Elina was very responsive to any needs that arose. We plan to come back to this property again!! We loved it!!

What a perfect week! Only a few steps to the beach on fine white sand. The Lemon Drop has been updated and accommodated us perfectly. We look forward to another stay!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This house is stunning. We had an amazing time. The open air infinity pool was beautiful. We stayed for six nights. We only went out once to the beach! We were at the beach for about two hours and decided that we would much rather be at the house with the pool and the waterway view. Every morning, we would wake up and have bloody Mary’s or iced coffee by the water. Two of the mornings, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins. The entire trip we spent outside and utilized the grill for our meals. The host was extremely responsive. At one point I had issues figuring out how to turn on the pool heater. The host came right by and looked at everything for us. In reality, I just wasn’t reading the instructions properly lol. I would absolutely want to come back here. The only minor issue that I could find was that the upstairs showerhead pretty low water pressure. However, I don’t feel like this would ever stop me from coming back here. This was one of my favorite trips.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

A true island oasis! It’s paradise! where do I even start? This Pine Island retreat is beyond spectacular. It’s a dream come to life. From the moment I arrived I felt wrapped in peace and comfort. This home is impeccably, clean, decorated with refined, tropical elegance, that evokes a timeless charm, yet with every modern comfort thoughtfully in place. Stephen and Erin created a sanctuary that feels like a hidden paradise. Lush palm tree so authentically placed. I truly felt like I was in a private island jungle oasis. Every corner of the property radiates care, love and attention to detail. This place is a retreat for the soul. Each room offers a sense of calm beauty that comforts. It’s the kind of place that invite you to relax,breathe deeper and simply be. I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like I had traveled back in time to a more graceful relaxed era, yet everything was perfectly maintained and welcoming in a modern way. Thank you both for sharing this slice of heaven. 🥰💯

Beautiful property I enjoyed my stay!

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

The house was extremely clean. There was lots to do during downtime of doing things in the area. Super relaxing. Would book again!

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

This place is perfect for Boaters/Fishermen! Boat ramp is within walking distance. Nice new dock with water hose to clean boat. Jug Creek Marina is one canal over, fuel, ice, live bait, live music and food! The house is just as described! Very clean and everything you would need for a stay. Wonderfull screened in patio.

Absolutely awesome house. The photos look great, but it's actually better (and more spacious) in person. The doors to the backyard slide all the way open (on both sides of the corner) so it can be an indoor/outdoor living space. And fully enclosed with nets so there's no worry of any creatures getting in. The backyard gets sun until about 4PM, which is great for anyone looking for some Florida sun. Very nice neighbourhood and super safe/friendly.

Great location. Very peaceful with great kayaking all around. Everything inside the house was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive with great instructions.

It was a super easy check-in. I loved the property; it was clean and updated. The pool is the best part. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.
