Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

Meghan was always responsive from check in to check out. The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was our second time there so we knew what to expect. It was even better than the last visit! The house had everything we needed. All we did was get our groceries and relaxed for the entire week. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Amy’s place! The house was very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach, yet still peaceful and private. The house is wonderfully equipped for families with young kids. It had a crib and a playpen, which made our stay so much easier. There were also beach chairs, toys, and pool floaties — a great touch that our kids absolutely loved! While the main reason we booked was for the pool, unfortunately, the pump was broken during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. That said, Amy was very responsive and thoughtful, and she promptly refunded us a night’s stay along with part of the cleaning fee, which we really appreciated. Overall, despite the pool issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to other families looking for a clean, well-located, and kid-friendly home!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a short drive from the beach and located on a quiet, safe street. Andrew was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was spotless and clearly well maintained. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and hot tub area, it truly felt like our own private resort oasis. We felt relaxed and right at home the entire time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 60 Airbnb mais Estella est la meilleure hôte que j'ai jamais eu. Elle a été un ange avec nous et notre bébé : elle nous a fourni 2 poussettes, un lit bébé, une chaise haute, des bouées pour la piscine. En plus de ça, elle fournit tout pour la plage (serviettes, parasol, glacière, etc.). La piscine est tellement agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Nach einer kleinen Startschwierigkeit mit der Türe, hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Shane. Die Unterkunft sieht eigentlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist stilvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ebenso war es toll, uns kostenfrei Stühle und Schirm für den Strand sowie Fahrräder und Kajaks usw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten wir - was bei unserer Rundreise wirklich nötig war. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wir haben es genossen :-)

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. The stay at Keith’s place was great! My husband and I had a great time during our stay. The house was very clean and had clear instructions for everything we needed.

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

We highly recommend Andrew & Megan's beautiful condo! Every detail is excellent!; the best place where we stayed. It's clean and beautiful, the master bedroom, the kitchen, the in-unit washer and dryer (a plus!), the storage room (a plus!), the lanai!, the parking, the nice pool, and last but not least, the beach just steps away. We couldn't ask for more, everything was excellent, A+.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Everything was perfect and it’s wonderful to see Captiva coming back. The condo was perfect, I prefer the bayside and the pool was so close. The only negative which had nothing to do with the condo itself was that when I arrived for check in at Royal Shell (3pm) I was told the condo wasn’t ready and I had to wait for a text. An hour later I did not receive a text notified Royal Shell and they told me to just go to the condo but someone could be there to inspect it by 5pm, that of which did not happen. Then upon check out I had a knock on the door at 9am from the house cleaner telling me there was no rush but she was leaving linens by the door. Checkout was not until 10am.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!
