We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

Very good accommodation, close to the quieter beach (because on the beach of morro do cristo, it had 1 sound box per square meter). Very close to a large supermarket. Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Great apartment, with large balcony and barbecue area, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but with a ceiling fan in the other rooms, 2 good bathrooms, all appliances. Comfortable Camas. I highly recommend to those looking for these points above.

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The ap is a delight! Comfort and privacy, the balcony faces the lawn of the outside of the condominium, gives an impression of being home… The rooms and very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, showers a delight and the air conditioning worked perfectly, my family and I were extremely satisfied!!! To go to the beach is just across the street, there are restaurants in front of the condominium and a super market next door, nor was it necessary to use a car. Clau a dear, very solicitous and answered all our doubts with precision, we would definitely come back more often!
