Our stay was sensational, all very clean and organized, the place corresponds 100% with the photos! The very complete apartment has everything you need. Exceptional host André, very flexible and helpful. We felt at home.

We really enjoyed your stay! The house is amazing, super comfortable, spacious and very charming! The pool area is very nice and the view from the second floor to the sea is beautiful. Regiane was very responsive, gave us local tips and was very responsive to our questions. With crtza we would come back more fines times!

“My stay in the late summer of 22/23 was great. Very attentive host. The house is, 400 meters from the beach, but a few meters away from the big beach, which in the summer of 22/23 was with Blue Flag Seal for the water quality. We were in 10 adults, 2 children and a baby, and we were very well accommodated.”

We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely welcoming, providing a sense of home from the first moment. Perfect for those looking for tranquility, has a complete and well-equipped structure, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is large and cozy, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. In addition, the location is excellent, close to Prainha and Enseada, with easy access to markets, pharmacies and other amenities. Without a doubt, we want to return next year!

The township as soon as I entered and saw the view I was delighted. Just like in the photos, the place is beautiful, comfortable and the affection with which the space has always been treated is noticeable, which made it very easy to feel at home. André was incredible, always responded quickly, proved 100% available and received us with great sympathy, showing all the apt and giving excellent local tips to make the most of it. It was an excellent choice of this house, we came with family (10 people) and our stay was great, everything was very clean and tidy, the house is 500m as it says in the listing, just go straight and it will be in Prainha that is the beach that we like to go the most. Fábio was very kind and helpful from check in to check out. It was definitely worth it, great cost-benefit, we intend to go back 🙏😃

The property is located next to the Fort. Very quiet and tree-lined place, full of birds and a few meters from Forte beach. Beach clean and calm, good to rest and spend the day with family. There are markets, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, restaurants near the residence. The house was very tidy and clean, this being another highlight of our review. The kitchen is rich in utensils and complete for the stay. Would recommend!

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

Primo Cost Benefit, the house is completely renovated and the location is perfect for those looking for tranquility but also the convenience of being a few blocks from the neighborhood's local commerce. Mário is very helpful and made us feel good during the period in which we stayed in January / 2025.

Back to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second year in a row and we already plan to return. We were my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year we were 12 people, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable spaces, and the best - your backyard is the beach! I go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the quincho and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house meets and exceeds what it promises. We had beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

Great house for a large group of friends or big families. Has everything you may need in a beach house and more. It’s only 2 blocks away from the beach in a very calm area, perfect for families with small kids because you can see them all the time; and it’s only 10 minutes away from the main beach which has more attractions. The host was very responsive and proactive from the very beginning, answering all the doubts we had and making proposals accordingly. They were very friendly and welcoming during our entire stay.

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman's attention, always quick to answer the messages and answer questions. Indico for everyone his house, we have nothing to complain about! I hope I can rent more often. Remember that there are 5 suites, super difficult to find a house or apartment like this. Each one with its bedroom and its bathroom is wonderful.
