House holiday rentals in Capones Island

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a large group. The kids loved the pools (both adult and kiddie!), and the e-bike was a fantastic bonus for quick trips to the shops. The host and caretaker were incredibly accommodating and kind, even on providing us extra mattresses and blankets. While the rainy season prevented us from fully enjoying the beach (which is a short walk away), the pool was a perfect alternative. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for big families!

My family had a relaxed stay. The place is exactly as advertised and it was easy to find in waze/google maps. We had everything we needed. The kids loved the dipping pool, the adults loved the sofa and tv. We love this quiet neighborhood as we used to spend summer here too, so it was great to be back and reminsce with everyone. Glad we found Bettina's place and we will definitely rebook when we get the chance.

Great Place, beautiful house and the design. Close to the sea, beach is beautiful and no people there. Great family time. We had some technical issues- no water on the upper floors almost everyday or very low pressure of water. I'd strongly suggest to cover the tools and all the items from the housekeeper's accommodation area as it spoils the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Wonderful Place with minor imperfections

We stayed at this accommodation for three days and two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The house itself boasts a stunning view of the river and majestic mountains at the back, while the front opens up to an uninterrupted panorama of the sea. The home is thoughtfully equipped with all the dining and cooking wares you could need, making it incredibly convenient. All you need to bring are your ingredients, condiments to get cooking. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a serene escape close to nature without sacrificing comfort or convenience. However, do be cautious of the sea—the waves can get strong and might pull you away from the shore. It's something to keep in mind while enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Our stay with Happy Hut Retreat was great! Since we wanted to cook and prepare our own food. Kitchen is complete. Vibe was great. Was not expecting branded bathroom essentials and super lamig ng air conditioner KUDOS! Highly recommended for family and group travelers.

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but Allen was incredibly kind and accommodating. Although there were still guests when we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and allowed us to leave our bags while we waited. He made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. The place itself was great—clean, cozy, and very close to the beach and nearby sari-sari stores. It’s also easy to find, which is a huge plus. Despite it being Holy Week, the area wasn’t as crowded as we expected, so we got to fully enjoy our vacation. The swimming pool was definitely a bonus—we had so much fun! Also, huge props to the host for being so responsive. We booked this as early as February for an April stay, and I had several questions along the way. The host was patient and quick to respond each time, which made planning everything so much smoother. Overall, it was such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Nice private home, we enjoyed the frontyard of the house perfect for bqq and hangouts. Sitting in front of the glass house was perfect to unwind and relaks.

We enjoyed a nice family get together on a 4 day weekend and Cristina's place was great for us to relax and enjoy time out of the city surrounded by nature. Very clean and well appointed we just had to bring personal items and get food from the local market and vendors and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning and Hot Water heaters all worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good water pressure. No internet but 3 bar LTE cell service on Smart and we brought our Starlink so no problems staying online. The on site caretaker was very helpful getting us checked in and with questions about the local area and available if any assistance was needed.

Place is like home you will stay in a warm cozy place .. eva is amazing and wonderful host .. two dogs are adorable .. all in all loved everything about the place …

Best for quality time with friends!

The place was as advertised - a peaceful getaway from the bustle of the city. The rooms and amenities were new and functional. Beds were comfortable. The pool was spacious and clean. The housekeeper (Mel) was also very approachable and helpful. Would recommend this place to people looking for a private retreat with a view of Subic Bay.

We had the greatest experience on maam Joyce place. Everything is accurate, maam Joyce and her caretaker is very friendly very responsive and you will feel that your in good hands. The place and the view is so incredible, there's a lot of rooms. We will definitely comeback and enjoy the third floor once more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great place! We can’t bring our dog inside Anvaya so we had to look for other options. Luckily, this house is just 5 mins away from Anvaya. We had our driver stay here with our dog kaya mabilis lang siya makabalik ng Anvaya when we need him. wifi and air-conditioned room is a plus!

I met them the host and they're the most friendly I ever had, my car battery even broke down and they pull their from the city just to come help without asking for a penny, it was one of my best Airbnb so far in Subic

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in Mana de Qasa . We liked how it was in a peaceful environment and how beautiful and spacious the home was. We had most of the home essentials we needed for our stay too. We also spent our entire night in the game room singing karaoke and playing the board games available. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here in the summer or when it's not so rainy. Since we stayed during a rainy weekend, the tide was strong in the beach and washed up a lot of trash on shore. I appreciated the caretakers who were all so friendly and accommodating. The host was so responsive via chat and he provided us with recommendations for places to eat/order food and activities available nearby (e.g. ATV rental, watersports, etc.) Overall had a good stay at Mana de Qasa! :)
