House holiday rentals in Capocroce

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They make guests feel at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

A relaxing oasis in Nettuno – highly recommended! We had a fantastic week in Nettuno, Italy, and this place is really a gem for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and the large, beautiful pool was a centerpiece for many fine days. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beautiful house cat that came on daily visits – a welcome feature! A small minus was the location. We would have liked to have a rental car, as the road to shops, restaurants and the village itself was a bit risky to walk on without a sidewalk, and with cars driving fast. Uber was also not available, but fortunately the locals were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We LOVED this stay in Rome! Located in a very accessible area, close walking and plenty of public transportation options. We thought the stay was perfect for 2 in the city.

Our stay in Maria Rosaria's apartment was fantastic! The apartment is quiet, comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed the terrace outside the bedroom. Don't hesitate to choose this apartment for your stay in Anzio!
