Holiday rentals with a patio in Capo Mulini

Miejsce bardzo dogodne, jako baza do zwiedzania. Mieliśmy auto, które można było bez problemu zaparkować. Piękne widoki. 🤩 W mieszkaniu było, wszystko czego można potrzebować plus dużo przestrzeni. Zarówno z salonu oraz sypialni i kuchni można było wyjść na balkon. Z jednej strony był piękny widok na majestatyczną Etnę, a z drugiej na morze. No i taras na dachu 👌🏻🤩 Można było poczuć naprawdę włoski klimat 😉 Gospodarz bardzo responsywny i pomocny. Szczerze polecam miejsce 😉

Carlotta was a wonderful host, the Apartment was very nice, bright and clean. The Balcony for coffee in the Morning was our Highlight! The neighborhood felt a Little unsafe for two women, but everything we wanted to do in the City was in walking distance.

Accommodation in an attractive, quiet location. Secure parking. Tastefully furnished, super clean apartment with everything you need. Nice surprise in the form of refreshments after a challenging journey to welcome you. Excellent communication with Giampiero.

Mooie nieuwe plek, groot tuintje erbij wat heel fijn is. Ligging is prima, het is makkelijk te lopen vanaf hier. Heel erg fijn dat de host aanbood dat we konden worden opgehaald van de airport, zou het zeker aanraden!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Carla ist eine sehr nette und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin, bei der man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr schön. Die Betten waren bequem, und sowohl die Bettwäsche als auch die Handtücher waren sauber. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Ausblick…einfach traumhaft! Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings waren die Liegen leider etwas unbequem. Praktisch: Es gibt zwei Wege in die Stadt. Leider haben wir erst nach ein paar Tagen den einfacheren und schnelleren Zugang entdeckt…ein kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste, sich gleich am Anfang ein bisschen umzuschauen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Carla, für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

Alessio si è dimostrato un host perfetto, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze durante il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Catania. La casa corrisponde alle foto ed era pulita in maniera impeccabile vicina a tanti parcheggi sia liberi e sia a pagamento. Alessio ci ha dato indicazioni su locali ed attrazioni da visitare che si sono dimostrati molto utili. Consiglio vivamente una esperienza presso questa struttura, sia per la posizione (10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo) e sia per Alessio! A presto😊

L'appartamento é incantevole e spazioso ed é anche presente un terrazzino privato che abbiamo sfruttato moltissimo. La posizione é ottima sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi, sia per raggiungere località esterne in auto. É sempre presente parcheggio a breve distanza dall'abitazione. Luigi é stato impeccabile e disponibile ad ogni orario, sempre pronto a dare un consiglio su cosa fare o dove mangiare ed anche a intervenire per la risoluzione di ogni problema. Peraltro, ha avuto l'accortezza di lasciarci all'arrivo beni di prima necessità per farci sentire subito accolti. Straconsigliato.

Het contact met Andrea verliep prettig en soepel. Hij is erg behulpzaam en deelt graag tips over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Bij aankomst in het donker was het even zoeken, maar eenmaal binnen werden we aangenaam verrast door het schitterende uitzicht en de fijne sfeer in het huis. De omgeving is veelzijdig, met volop mogelijkheden om te ontdekken en te genieten. Het huis van Andrea is absoluut een aanrader – het zal je zeker niet tegenvallen.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. We’d love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Alfio ist zurecht ein Superhost. Hat ubs Wasserflaschen in den Kühlschrank gelegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was du brauchst (inkl. Olivenöl, Servuetten etc. z.B.). Die Wohnubg ist erste Klasse für 2 Päarchen, da es sowohl zwei separate Stiegenaufgänge, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer gibt. Sie ist auffallend lieb maritim eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ein Traum. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. 😃

Je recommande ce logement. Très propre, correspond bien à la description. Armando est réactif et toujours disponible pour la moindre interrogation et renseignement. Superbe vue de la terrasse avec la piscine qui est un plus après ou avant une bonne journée de visite

Nous avons passé notre voyage de noces en Sicile, dont presque 2 semaines dans la belle maison d'Antonino. Région paisible, très belle vue depuis la terrasse, logement très confortable et une piscine incroyable ! Nous avons adoré passer du temps et nous détendre au bord de la piscine, mais aussi à visiter les villes de Savoca, Forza d'Agro, Catane ou Syracuse, accessibles après un peu de route en voiture. Antonino est un hôte très réactif, et attentionné, il nous a même offert un gâteau et une bouteille de prosecco le premier soir, encore merci pour cette très belle attention ! Il passait chaque matin nettoyer la piscine, et passait nettoyer la maison tous les 3jours. Pas de machine à laver présente dans le logement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, mais Antonino s'est occupé de laver nos vêtements à notre demande. Nous avons passé un excellent voyage de noces !

Danke für die schöne Wohnung und Hilfsbereitschaft. Nicolosi ist ein kleines Bergdorf wo es zentral alles gibt. Sehr nette Menschen leben in diesem Ort. Es gibt viele Restaurant und schöne Cafes. Wir haben den Aufenthalt von 11x Tagen sehr genossen und geschätzt. Die schöne, riesige Terasse war fantastisch. Ich empfehle jedem diese Wohnung.

Klare Empfehlung. Ottavio war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir haben hier 11 wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Lage dieser Wohnung genossen. Wir konnten von hier siziliens Ostküste mit Bus und Bahn sehr bequem bereisen. Dafür war die Wohnung sensationell. Sie liegt nur ein paar Schritte von Metro entfernt. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten waren wir am Hauptbahnhof und eine Station weiter im touristischen Zentrum Catanias. Der erster Kaffee in der Sonne auf der Terrasse hat uns den Start in den Tag versüßt. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Kopfkissen waren okay. Wir konnten hier sehr gut kochen aber die Pizzerien und die Eisdiele in der nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Conveniently located close to the main area and easy to access from the airport via public transport. Very authentic Sicily - the place came with great recommendations of places to go and foods to try. I very stupidly left some jewellery in the apartment and realised about half way to the airport. It had no monetary value but extremely high sentimental value - Claudia was so helpful and was able to get it from the cleaners and send it back to me!!! I am forever grateful!!! Some things to note regarding the apartment: 1. There are a few flights of stairs to tackle to get up to the apartment. 2. on the first night we stayed the noise from the bar next door was VERY loud in the main bedroom, consider earplugs. Everything was as described and easy to find and host communication was great!

Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war sehr gut und schnell. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um Catania zu erkunden. Nahe am Markt und zahlreichen Restaurants und trotzdem superruhig im Hinterhof mit einem bequemen Bett.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, wir haben uns dort direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist so wie auf den Fotos, sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum und bietet einen Parkplatz. Wunderbar ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Theater. Wir hatten sogar Glück und konnten ein Schauspiel beiwohnen. 🙂 Gaetano ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr höflich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar mit Tipps für die nahegelegenen Restaurants.

we loved our 5 night stay here. We walked about 15mins to Isola Bella beach each day and drove up to the prestine town at night. The unit was spotless. The sunrises were incredible and the views were unbeatable. The best part was Dorotea's hospitality and responsiveness. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
