Holiday rentals with a patio in Capo Mulini

A very convenient place, as a base for sightseeing. We had a car that could be parked easily. Beautiful views. 🤩 The apartment had everything you could need, plus a lot of space. Both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen could go out onto the balcony. On one side, there was a beautiful view of the majestic Etna, and on the other, the sea. And the roof terrace 👌🏻🤩 You could really feel the Italian atmosphere 😉 Very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend the place 😉

Carlotta was a wonderful host, the Apartment was very nice, bright and clean. The Balcony for coffee in the Morning was our Highlight! The neighborhood felt a Little unsafe for two women, but everything we wanted to do in the City was in walking distance.

Accommodation in an attractive, quiet location. Secure parking. Tastefully furnished, super clean apartment with everything you need. Nice surprise in the form of refreshments after a challenging journey to welcome you. Excellent communication with Giampiero.

The room is well decorated and designed with small details and the space is very comfortable to use. There is a large balcony to sunbathe. The host is also very good and will generously help us solve the problem. I highly recommend everyone to stay and experience

We were very pleased with our stay. Carla is a very nice and always available hostess who makes you feel well taken care of. The apartment is very nice overall. The beds were comfortable, and both the linens and towels were clean. Our personal highlight was the view...simply fantastic! We also liked the pool area, but the loungers were unfortunately a bit uncomfortable. Convenient: There are two paths into town. Unfortunately, we only discovered easier and faster access after a few days...a little tip for future guests to take a look around right at the beginning. Overall we had a very nice time and can absolutely recommend the place. Thank you, Carla, for the warm hospitality!

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

Super clean and nice apartment. The stair up to the apartment is a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it is worth it :) Good communication with the host. We liked the area, quite and genuine but still walking distance to the more busy and central areas.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

A perfect 2 night stay at Andrea’s place. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition as got quite chilly at night being up in the mountains. A very comfortable home and could have stayed a whole week! A perfect quiet stay in beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. We’d love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Alfio is rightly a Superhost. Has ubs water bottles in the fridge. Everything you need was available in the kitchen (incl. olive oil, napkins, etc.). The apartment is first class for 2 couples, as there are two separate staircases, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is strikingly lovely, with a maritime decor. Breakfast on the terrace is a dream. Thank you again for everything. 😃

Thank you for the beautiful apartment and helpfulness. Nicolosi is a small mountain village where everything is centrally located. Very nice people live in this place. There are many restaurants and beautiful cafes. We very much enjoyed and appreciated the 11-day stay. The beautiful, huge terrace was fantastic. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Clear recommendation. Ottavio was a very pleasant host. We spent 11 wonderful days here and enjoyed the location of this apartment. We were able to travel from here to the east coast of Sicily very comfortably by bus and train. The apartment was sensational for this. It is only a few steps from the metro. Within a few minutes, we were at the main train station and one stop further in the tourist center of Catania. The first coffee in the sun on the terrace sweetened our start to the day. The beds are very good, the pillows were okay. We were able to cook very well here but the pizzerias and the ice cream shop nearby are highly recommended.

Conveniently located close to the main area and easy to access from the airport via public transport. Very authentic Sicily - the place came with great recommendations of places to go and foods to try. I very stupidly left some jewellery in the apartment and realised about half way to the airport. It had no monetary value but extremely high sentimental value - Claudia was so helpful and was able to get it from the cleaners and send it back to me!!! I am forever grateful!!! Some things to note regarding the apartment: 1. There are a few flights of stairs to tackle to get up to the apartment. 2. on the first night we stayed the noise from the bar next door was VERY loud in the main bedroom, consider earplugs. Everything was as described and easy to find and host communication was great!

We loved staying at Gaetano’s place. The position is perfect with its view over the amphitheatre and the apartment itself is super stylish. We really felt that it was a highlight of our visit to Sicily. The apartment is also perfectly positioned for exploring lovely Catania. We’d certainly return to Catania and would most definitely stay at Gaetano’s beautiful apartment.

we loved our 5 night stay here. We walked about 15mins to Isola Bella beach each day and drove up to the prestine town at night. The unit was spotless. The sunrises were incredible and the views were unbeatable. The best part was Dorotea's hospitality and responsiveness. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
