We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Nicolo’s place is a piece of paradise in Porto Cervo. The house is perfectly located with quiet and peaceful surroundings but close to a lot of major attractions and places to visit. Nicolo was very responsive and quickly worked with us to solve any inconveniences we found including going the extra mile when we needed a hair dryer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay in the amazing Porto Cervo

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this beautiful guest cottage. Everything is made with lots of love and special quality details – it already starts at the automatic gate of the huge and delightfully tended property. We loved the stone sinks, the beautiful tiles, the wooden blinds, the cozy beds, the overall feeling that this house and its garden vibrates. The bed linen scented as aromatic as the blossoming flowers all over the garden. The outside area is very spacious, beautifully cultivated and a little piece of heaven on earth. Having a yummy and relaxed BBQ on the terrace was just as much fun as jumping in the sweet, neat and bright pool. A special thank you to Jimena for being so kind and helpful. Allowing us having a late check-out added an extra day to our vacation which still is so much appreciated. Our son loves the presents he received from your family's toy treasure and will keep it as a beautiful Sardinia memory. Thank you very much dear Jimena & Maurizio 💞

Un excellent logement, calme, et une hôte très réactive et très gentille ! Letizia nous a même montrer leur vide avec des recommandations d’activités et de restaurant. La piscine est superbe, chauffée, propre, avec espace pataugeoire pour les enfants. Place de parc à disposition pour le logement. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au Port car il n’y a pas de trottoirs. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Superbe endroit paisible à 10 minutes de Bonifacio en voiture. Je recommande cet endroit où convivialité, charme, et nature s’entremêlent. La piscine partagée avec 6 appartements est chauffée, est très agréable surtout après une longue randonnée. L’appartement est très sympa avec la climatisation et de nombreux ustensiles. Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce logement. Je remercie les hôtes pour leur accueil !

Le logement était en tout point identique aux images et à la description. Vous retrouverez dans ce logement des atouts uniques et absolument incroyables. Une terrasse couverte avec vue spectaculaire, une piscine creusée chauffée, des espaces vastes et éclairés. Gardez à l’esprit que certains petits services qui sont habituellement standards pour ce genre de location sont manquants, comme du gel de douche, une sécheuse ou plus d’une serviette par invité. L’entrée pour la voiture est aussi très étroite et escarpée, surtout si vous avez un gros véhicule. Mais ces petits éléments ne devraient pas vous priver de cette merveilleuse villa. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire, parfait pour se ressourcer dans un environnement paisible et privé, je recommande fortement cette villa à quiconque recherche ce type d’expérience.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Porto Raphael sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen – ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders die Nähe zum Meer und die schöne Umgebung haben uns gefallen. Anna Maria war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Danke Anna Maria

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Die Unterkunft ist toll für einen Aufenthalt im Nord-Osten der Insel. Man kann von dort aus viele schöne Strände mit dem Auto erreichen, man kann aber auch zu Fuß zu den drei Stränden von Palau selbst gehen oder mal eben rüber fahren nach La Maddalena! Die Unterkunft selbst ist super schön, wie auf den Bildern und vor allem ruhig und entspannt. Leider war bei uns das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, das lag aber nicht an Caterina, sondern unseren Vormietern! Ansonsten war es super sauber und alles in bester Ordnung. Die Parksituation ist nicht so einfach. Mit Glück kann man vor dem Haus parken, wenn das nicht klappt, kann man das Auto aber „oben“ im Ort, also weit weg von der Fähre ganz gut parken. Es gibt insbesondere beim Spar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, den man zu Fuß echt gut erreichen kann. Von daher kann man mögliche Parkprobleme auch immer ganz gut lösen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft eine große Empfehlung!

Maria è una padrona di casa amichevole e disponibile. Ti fa sentire a casa. Bellissimo l'appartamento in villa, di classe e di design. Davvero elegante e confortevole. la casa era pulitissima con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, il quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. tornerò di sicuro!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is truly a little piece of paradise: peaceful, relaxing, and just a 1-minute walk from a beautiful beach. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I would absolutely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

Absolutely stunning villa. The scenery is breathtaking and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There are multiple balconies equipped with tables, chairs and chaise lounges to enjoy the incredible views. There’s a nice beach within walking distance and markets and restaurants close by. Property manager was so sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t recommend this place enough.

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

We had such a great time in this home. It was perfectly located in Porto Cervo was which central to all our sightseeing. The home had best view of the sea. Kids had a great time in the pool and running around the house. Our host was very helpful and communicative all along our stay. I highly recommend this home to everyone.

Ruhige, tolle Lage — ideal, um in alle Richtungen verschiedene Strände und Restaurants zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr ruhig, die Betten sind bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Cristina ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und antwortet stets schnell auf Nachrichten.

Die perfekte Villa für einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Palau auf einem Hügel in einer kleinen gated Community. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palau, die Isola Santo Stefano, Caprera und La Maddalena - und das vom Pool aus. In Palau ist man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß ist es schwierig, da man mehr oder weniger nur auf den Hauptstraßen laufen kann. Das ist aber fast im ganzen Norden von Sardinien so. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man wunderbar von dort aus die Insel mit ihren vielen Traumstränden erkunden gehen. Das Haus, der Garten und alles drum herum ist äußerst gepflegt und ruhig. Man könnte meinen, die Bilder wären aufgehübscht worden, aber dem ist nicht so. Es ist in Natura noch schöner! Wir haben dort traumhafte 10 Tage verbringen dürfen. Marianna war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen - vielen Dank dafür. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub, klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage im Haus von Alda und Gigi. Die beiden sind super gastfreundlich und haben uns am Bear Rock Café abgeholt und die letzten Meter bis zum Haus begleitet. Dieses liegt ruhig in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage. Der Blick von der vorderen Terasse aufs Meer und die Inseln ist traumhaft. Wir haben jeden morgen draußen gefrühstückt und einfach die Aussicht genossen. Das Haus ist praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns (4 Erwachsene & 1 Kind (4 Jahre)) war es perfekt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett. Ein Hauptbadezimmer (komplett mit Dusche und WC) sowie eine weitere Toilette mit Waschbecken. Zudem eine super Aussendusche die wir jeden Tag nach dem Strand genutzt haben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet / zweckmäßig mit Gasherd. Alda und Gigi sind schnell erreichbar. Entweder per Handy/Chat oder teilweise wohnen sie sogar nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft
