Apartment holiday rentals in Capitolo

We found the place very easily , met by a smiling Annalisa who showed us into the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with nice verandas that we loved and some ocean views. A quiet neighbourhood with Eurospin grocery store 5 mins walk & other shops nearby with Monopoli so close by to drive and park for great dinners, tourist walls, historic sites and lovely Italian lifestyle.. We had our grandson and he loved playing indoors , it was quiet, clean and felt like home away from home ..Air conditioned, small tv in each bedroom , comfy kitchen and working fridge & freezer for my medication - a big thank you to Annalisa for all her help and responsiveness A great place to stay and relax after lovely drives around Puglia , highly recommend you visit MoMo restaurant at Savelletri where Antonio served up spectacular seafood, we went twice & MiCasa for dinner inside Monopoli old town near the arched door ! I missed my pillow but I am particular about that !

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 15 min in die Altstadt. Es wird kein Auto benötigt. Die Terrasse war wirklich toll um draußen in der Sonne zu frühstücken oder es sich gemütlich zu machen. Emanuela war eine tolle Gastgeberin!! Sie hat auf alle Nachrichten sofort geantwortet und war Mega hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder kommen!

L'immeuble, en pleine rénovation, donc sera tout beau dans pas longtemps est situé au bout de Monopoli, tout proche de la mer, à une quinzaine de minutes de la gare. On descend et on est dans le Monopoli qui vit, sans toutefois entendre de bruits. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, domine la mer et les toits de Monopoli. La décoration est design, mobiliers et matériaux de qualité. Les huisseries/fenêtres/volets sont bien pensés et isolent bien. C'est un petit deux pièces, avec une grande chambre. Salle de bain et cuisine sont très fonctionnelles. Il y a de tout: gel douche, savon, shampoing, brosse à dent, dentifrice, serviettes en nombres et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner en étant à l'aise. L'atout de cet appartement est évidemment la terrasse sublime, grande, mobiliers en très bon état et le jacuzzi. Un très bon moment dans cet appartement Giorgia, notre contact a été très réactive, sympa et joviale.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Daria et ses parents sont de belles personnes, conviviales, sociables et généreuses. La maison est magnifique, le coin piscine ainsi que le jardin sont propices à la détente. le jardin est beau et très propre. L'emplacement est stratégique, proche de beaucoup de villages à visiter, proche de Monopoli. Également proche de commerces et restaurants. Daria et ses parents ( Ada et Antonio) ont contribué par leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité à ce que l'on passe de superbes vacances.

Daria was a an extremely responsive and cheerful host. She was available for questions throughout our stay. Her place is extremely clean, in a great location next to the beautiful Basilica, an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, in the old town where things happen, and near small south of town beaches. The roof terrace and French doors to tiny terraces are delightful, allowing great airflow through the apartment. There are three flights of narrow stairs. The multi level space has great design, nestled in the historic stone building and neighborhood.

Raffaello's apartment is the BEST ! My husband and I had such a nice and relaxing time there and taking walks around the neighborhood. The apartment has been lovingly decorated with an eye for detail and design. Everything was as advertised 10/10 !! I 100% recommend staying here ! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer !

We were 4 Adults, we had a wonderful stay. The apt is perfectly located on one of the busiest streets in Monopoli. When all the windows are closed it’s very quiet and great for sleeping. We really enjoyed our 4 nights. Lots of great restaurants and things to do near by. I would definitely recommend Donna’s place.

I truly believe Antonella’s place is the best location in Polignano! The patio has the most amazing view staring right into the Grotto. Sitting out on the patio swing watching the sunset was priceless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for such a remarkable vacation!

We had the most wonderful time at Amelia’s place. The place is so cozy and tastefully designed; you can really see the thoughtfulness put in the little details. The amenities were in pristine condition. Amelia warmly welcomed us at check in and check out. Really grateful for her kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay. Also wanted to mention that one of the restaurants in her guide book was one of the best places we’ve tried in Puglia. We hope to be back one day and stay at her place again. Thank you so much for everything, Amelia!

Marta’s place is exactly as in the photos and is super clean. It is decorated with an airy, beachy vibe, very lovely. Marta was extremely friendly and responsive, and she quickly resolved a minor matter by bringing us extra pillows and linens. The location is good, and it’s important to know that this location is on the edge of town, not in town. It’s a short easy walk to town. There is construction going on, but it was never noisy. There is no designated parking and the small lot behind the apartment is public. Fortunately, we never had difficulty finding a space, but it is possible that could be a challenge in high season. The upper deck is lovely with a great view, however, it was too windy to spend any time up there. A great experience all around. We can’t say enough about Marta’s hospitality and how pristine the place is! Thank you, Marta!

Appartement confortable, refait à neuf, très bien équipé. Bonne literie. Parking facile. Marino a été très réactif et de bon conseil. Très bon séjour.

Excellent location in Monopoli and very clean apartment with everything you need. Train station, old town and beaches are all within a walkable distance.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! It was impeccably clean, and very spacious - even larger than it looks in the photos. We were a group of four adults and one young baby, and this was perfect for us. All the rooms have black-out curtains, which was very helpful for the baby's naps. The apartment has a well-furnished kitchen where we used the supplied moka pot to make coffee every morning, and the pots and pans to cook some dinners on the stove and oven. We often sat on the balcony in the mornings and evenings with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. It was also very helpful having a laundry machine in the unit. The apartment is in the ideal location, in a quiet, safe building, just two minutes from the beach on one side and two minutes from the historic centre on the other side. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in. It was a perfect place to enjoy Monopoli and we will definitely stay again any time we are in Puglia!

LOVEEE THIS! IT WAS PERFECT! The villa was perfectly peaceful and serene in the middle of small town Conversano. Right next to the town center with lots of places to eat! Could not recommend it enough!!! You would not regret booking it!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Giovanni. Le domaine est magnifique et superbement entretenu. Nous avons pu goûter aux bonnes pâtisseries maison au petit déjeuner. Très bien situé, emplacement central pour les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Polignano a Mare! Vito and Valeria were very helpful and friendly throughout all communications and were flexible with our last minute check in which we really appreciated. The place was clean and very comfortable - it was even better than we had expected. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to the centre, but still quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great too. We would definitely stay again!

ottima esperienza,posizione molto centrale alla zona turistica ,host molto disponibile per chiarimenti ,giusto consiglio per quanto riguarda il posto auto ,vasca pulita e funzionante ,l'host ha aiutato anche nella spiegazione per quanto riguarda il funzionamento della vasca .Stanza ,cucina e bagno pulitissimi e ordinati ,vasta scelta per la colazione (sia frigo che non ).Molto consigliato
