House holiday rentals in Cape Fear

We came to celebrate birthdays in our family. We had three families staying together at this Airbnb and we had plenty of space to sleep comfortably, have the kids entertained in both the family room and outside, and we were able to cook full meals for everyone. The beach is a short drive and the home is conveniently located to grocery stores and shopping centers as well. The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about our stay, especially the outdoor area with the pool, screened in porch, grill and outdoor games. I would absolutely come back to stay here again! *Also, one of the children left a Tablet device in the home after check out and the owners were super helpful and quickly responsive to ensure we were able to retrieve it before we left town!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

A great place by the beach. Phenomenal view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. The descriptions matched perfectly. Place was spotless clean and contained all necessary amenities. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

The host was very thoughtful and went above and beyond with providing a lovely gift basket and extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. She was willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being in walking distance to the beach was nice, but the heated pool was the cherry on top. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

This was a lovely place to stay for a weekend in Wilmington! The back deck was an amazing spot for coffee in the morning, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook some meals!

One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location to walk downtown. Impeccably clean. Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds! The hosts really thought of everything. So many details from snacks on arrival, umbrellas, feminine products, baby chair/dishes/pack-and-play, etc. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Great stay. The houseboat was beautiful, pristine and easy to get to and from parking. The balcony was peaceful and all the amenities were there as advertised. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was responsive, easy to reach and friendly! 5/5 stars

We booked Blair’s listing to celebrate the engagement of my friend. It was two couples and I have to say this place is AWESOME! It looks exactly like the pictures. So clean and cute! The outdoor space was awesome, plenty of seating and the cutest outdoor chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and had upgraded and modern appliances. The men really loved the bourbon cubes ice maker! Blair was very responsive! The location is also perfect as it’s down a wooded and secluded road, very private and very quiet. We will 100 percent be booking this place again for our next getaway!!

We just returned from a week stay at Helen's "Green Cottage" and it was everything we expected and more. The property was very clean and stocked well with paper products, coffee, etc. The filtered water in the kitchen sink was a bonus. Location was perfect - a very short (5 minute) walk to historic downtown Wilmington with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, bars, riverfront, etc. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

Excellent stay! We had a last minute trip to the area for a funeral and Brandon was very accommodating. The house was so clean and comfortable. Super cool artwork, great front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the night air, and all around good vibe. Close (20 min) to Wrightsville Beach and not too far from Topsail. We enjoyed our stay despite the circumstances for our visit. Thank you!

The home was just perfect for our weekend stay with another couple. We booked this back in December. We had tickets to see Alison Krause for an early bday gift for my husband. We went with our friends and the location could not have been any better. We never had to use our car. Walked everywhere. Quin is a great host. Very responsive with questions and messages. It’s a quiet location, one block to the river walk , can’t ask for anything more. We will be back !

absolutely enjoyed our stay. it was just for the night and we were quite busy with activities, so we didn’t get to enjoy all that this space provided. honestly I would love to come back on a solo trip and have a slow weekend here, walking to nearby coffee shops and reading books in the cozy chair in the living room. The lighting was great and makes the space light and airy. The kitchen is perfect for making a meal and having a cup of coffee. I took pictures of the bathroom because I was inspired to repaint and decorate my own bathroom. 😅 Leanne was very proactive and responsive. She even provided coffee creamer which is such a small yet meaningful detail! I definitely will be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house. Upon entering I noticed the cleanliness of the home. it was quiet, and very peaceful. the back yard was really pretty. Great for anyone with pets. We will definitely stay there again when heading to Leland.

We really enjoyed our stay , we were looking for a place close to Live Oak Pavilion and this was the perfect spot an easy 6 min drive . About 25-30 minutes to the beach. Be prepared to pay for parking at the beach . $60.00 was a bit of a surprise, but no reflection on our host or our stay here. Everything was as pictured. Very well maintained , beds slept well . It was a win, win, for myself and 2 other couples. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

This was my second stay here - it is a beautiful home, very clean and uncluttered. It is even better than the pictures, very clean and still very new. Stamatia is a gracious host and very proactive - checking in to be sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues from check in to check out - the entire stay was seamless. I especially enjoy the private screened porch, well-appointed kitchen, large nice bathrooms and VERY comfy beds. Will always try to stay here when it is available and I am in Wilmy!

We really enjoyed our time at Mary’s place. It’s tastefully decorated and well equipped. The design of the space has obviously been well thought out. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in! The neighborhood is convenient to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk — a perfect location for exploring Wilmington and surrounding beaches. The historic neighborhood is definitely in transition, but we felt safe there, walking our dog and heading to the local park on foot.

This house was beautiful and in the perfect location. It was on a side street just off of Market St, which is Business 17. That means you are close enough to a major road to get anywhere quickly, but just far enough that it was extremely quiet. It is only about 2 1/2 miles East of the Riverwalk, which is loaded with restaurants and local shops. Or you can go 2 1/2 miles in the other diffection to big box retailers, like Walmart and Costco, and more restaurants. The house was large and comfortable. It served our needs perfectly, allowing us to cook meals and just sit and visit.
