We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Emerald Island Oasis. The house was easy to find and was exactly as pictured/described. Inside the house was comfortable and clean. Felt right at home. The pool area was truly an oasis! Our whole family loved the pool and the sitting area around it. Town had several great restaurants and ice creams places. Our kids loved the go cart track as well. Beautiful beach was just a short walk from the house. Everything was wonderful about our stay here. Would definitely return for a another stay!

We loved our stay at Deanna’s place! The house was great inside and out; we especially enjoyed the porches and backyard. The location is fantastic - being so close to the beach and being able to walk or bike to restaurants (we even biked to the grocery store) was fantastic. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked several meals in, which was much easier with the kids. We didn’t need but noticed baby gates and high chairs, things that still catch my eye after years of traveling when our kids were a bit younger. The kids loved the “secret reading room” downstairs about as much as they enjoyed playing in the game room. My folks joined us, and the 7 of us had plenty of space for socializing and enough privacy as needed. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Our stay at Alex Moore was beyond my expectation! We had fantastic time, the place felt like home. It is quaint, cozy, beautiful and super clean. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the intercoastal, we can walk to many good restaurants, we can watch boats and enjoy life music. The bonus is this house is located in quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need, very clean and modern kitchen! My children really enjoyed the pool and media room. We can drive 10 minutes to Emerald Isle and with the free parking provided, we were able to avoid the crowded area. Mike is a great host, we appreciate his hospitality and professionalism. We plan to rent this place again if we go to NC. Thank you for making our vacation more memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

Cannot say enough wonderful things to describe Melissa's attention to my family's every needs and questions. I don't do AIRBNB that often and Melissa was so immediate to any questions that we had. Melissa made my family's stay feel pampered and special. My wife and I came in from California to see our Daughters and Grandkids who live near Emerald Isle and we could not have had a better stay. The house was better than the pictures, especially the pool area with the palm tree vibe, we all felt like we were in the tropics. The family spent hours in and around the pool rather than time by the Ocean. The air conditioning during the incredible humidity made meals and down time absolutely the best. The inside space and decorations in each room was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with seeing our family and the house accommodations. Melissa and rental made this old soldier's vacation perfect. If you love the beach this is your place!! You really can’t get much closer.The place was clean and stocked with everything you could think off .The outside shower is a game changer for keeping the sand on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and a perfect view of the ocean .Even though the other half is a separate rental unit it still was very private and never a problem.We discovered Maine Lobster Shack while we there wow!! My husband and I have never stayed at the same place twice, by Wednesday we had decided to book for the following year.Thanks for sharing your home with us . It’s apparent you’ve put a lot of care into it.We love Topsail.

This is like a beautiful farmhouse. The views are amazing. We have seen geese, a raccoon, an opossum, herons, egrets, and lots of different types of birds, including the elusive Painted Bunting. My favorite though is the Osprey. We have literally seen it several times dive down, and come up with a fish in his talons. You won’t find a better place to relax. We had a couple hiccups, but Evan was quick to respond, and dealt with it very professionally. If I had to change anything it would be the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an overhead light, just a table lamp. That really wasn’t a big deal, but I found myself reaching for a switch, as I walked in just out of habit. There is an Italian restaurant beside the house, that smells wonderful. We plan on visiting, before we leave the area.

This was PERFECT for a low key beach getaway. My elderly dog and I felt right at home. It’s around the corner to the beach, a short drive to groceries, and no stairs meant my old pup was in his happiest of places. If I can book this again, it will be top of my list!

We were first timer Airbnb’s and to say we were a little anxious would be an understatement. However, the pics, site reviews, and overall amenities were spot on. Shanelle’s place set the bar so high. If you want a very clean, peaceful place that is an easily accessible walk to the beach, this is the place. This is my first review ever and I can’t impress what a Great place this is.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is amazing and the views are stunning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and great kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!

The townhome is very cozy and was the perfect place for me and my children to stay. Aurelie is very kind, informed me of local current events that were happening (blueberry picking), as well as checked in with me from time to time to make sure things were all good!!

We had a great stay! Favorite part by far was the easy access to the beach and the chairs, umbrellas, and wagon at the house ready to be used.

Wonderful experience. Cute house with great details. Very accommodating host and overall couldn’t ask for a better time at the beach.

This was our 2nd time staying & simply love it. Very comfortable & you feel like you're at home! We brought our dog with & he was so happy to be with us. There is a lot to do - beach access is easy in & out and sunsets at the pier are breathtaking and the restaurants are awesome. Looking so forward to our next trip back and it can't come soon enough! We had a great time at the emerald escape. The house was beautiful and spacious. I loved how every room had a view of the ocean and how child friendly the home is. We had a great trip and made many memories and will book again in the future.

Wonderful girls weekend at the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ocean views. Spent most of our time lounging in the chairs on the decks!

Penny’s place was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in the door it exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all you need for a family beach vacation. Penny was very responsive with any questions we had and gave many great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Would highly recommended her home and we hope we can come back very soon!

The house was quite nice. I was surprised to get such a clear view of the beach from the top floor. There are a lot of narrow stairs, so not for those with trouble navigating, but without the stairs and added height of the building, you wouldn’t have such a clear view of the beach from the second row. For us, a young couple with young kids, it was totally doable and well worth it. Bathrooms were small but plentiful and in every room on every floor. Also worth the trade-off so the kids could all have their own. The stand out features were the top floor bedroom view, the beach decks on each floor, and the large and spacious kitchen/living room/dining room. We found ourselves just relaxing as a family in the kitchen more often than not. We thank the hosts for providing a starter pack of laundry/coffee/cleaning supplies. That helped! As always, don’t forget to take good pictures and videos when you arrive to help with putting everything back and to protect yourself and the host.

The house is really nice, great location, short walk to the beach, and several restaurants close by. The house worked well for us, having the elevator was great especially for my husband who has trouble getting around it made it easy for him to get from floor to floor. It is also great to use for getting your luggage to whatever floor you need it, instead of having to carrying them up the stairs. The bedrooms are nice sized, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is great, the living room and kitchen are nice sized and fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay, the pool is also very nice. We recommend trying Kosta's Pizza down on the end of the building the food is really good. We also tried Sol Bowls, and it was also very good. Shavon's was very easy to work with and answered any questions that I had promptly. We look forward to returning to Emerald Isle soon.

Our stay was as expected. The house was in a great location with lots to do near it and convenient to get to. It also accompanied my entire party and an unexpected last addition of my nephew! It was in great shape and plenty of community spaces as well as places to get off alone and rest and relax. The check-in was great and the house was very clear. Highly recommend.
