Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We had a family vacation with a small child in May-June. I really liked the location - a quiet village with the possibility of walking to a good beach. There are many more excellent beaches for every taste within a 5-10 minute drive. The yard is small, but well-maintained and cozy, the house is perfect for a vacation, but preferably not more than 4 people.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Perfect , tranquil location. Fantastic villa with a stunning view of the bay and the see. Lots of things to do nearby. Very nice restaurants within 10-30 minutes.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We were 8 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful time in Gloria's beautiful house and are more than happy to recommend this place! The house is spacious, tasteful and beautifully renovated. The 5 rooms are well and conveniently furnished. Two well-maintained bathrooms and a toilet, all renovated and very clean. On the terrace is a very large table that accommodates everyone. The garden is beautiful, pine trees and Mediterranean plants, sun loungers and space to play and linger. And enough space for cars behind the house. An outdoor shower with hot water - so pleasant! It is only about 200 steps to the clean sandy beach. The sea was still warm at the end of September/beginning of October, and there were few people on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the sea - beautiful atmosphere on the beach and in the garden! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited - a challenge for a large group like ours ;) Gloria responded very quickly each time.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

We had a fantastic time at the villa! The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures - maybe even better. Especially the large, clean pool and the quiet location in the private complex with great views made our stay perfect. Communication with Sabrina was great from the start – she was always available, welcomed us warmly and provided us with many tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. Check-in and amenities were also absolutely straightforward and well thought out. The location is ideal between Cagliari and the beaches of Chia - perfect for day trips and relaxation. We were there with several people and had plenty of space - inside and outside. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

This is one of those houses you dream about but never really come across. It is right on the beach, it is full character, truly unique and beautiful. It feels like a home from the moment you step in. You do need a car to get around but there is so much to see and explore. Shops, restaurants, little village everything is 5mins drive or a 15mins bike ride away (there were 2 bicycles we used daily) The house itself feels like the most authentic Sardinian dream. Pictures do not do it justice. Must experience!!!!! We loved every second of our stay.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Our stay at Villa Sito was amazing! The location is great for exploring the coast and driving to nearby idillic towns and the villa has everything you need for a family/ friends holiday. I would say that the villa was even better than the photos made it out to be! Frederico, Monica and Elias were extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our trip, sorting small problems straight away. I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

Andrea looked after kindly from the beginning. The images of the listing correspond exactly to the accommodation. The entire place is clean, tidy and in good condition. We also loved the outdoor area and the pool. You have everything you need in the accommodation. If we needed information from Andrea, she responded to us in a timely manner. Unfortunately, only the oven was not clean and is also hotter than the selected temperature. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book and recommend it again! :)

Cute traditional home. Private and can walk to a few restaurants including coffee. Beaches are gorgeous in the area and about 15 min drive. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. I would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.
