Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cape Carbonara

Very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space with a beautiful well-kept lawn, plants, barbecue, outdoor shower, sink and washing machine. Large porch with a nice table. Quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Sunbeds, beach chairs and umbrellas are available! I am happy to have met Teresina and her family. Thank you for the welcome and we hope to be able to return!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden make you feel like you're on vacation. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. The only thing missing is a dishwasher! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and that is very difficult, for example, with a small child/buggy or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right at the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Everything was super nice. Maria is a great hostess. We really felt very welcome and very, very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful! She gave us many great tips for shopping, for excursions. Food, beaches and much more. We will gladly come again. Thank you very much.

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

We felt comfortable in Lara's apartment from the beginning. Everything is very lovingly furnished and super clean. We were able to check in flexibly, which was very pleasant given our early arrival. Lara was always easy to reach, very friendly and always answered us quickly. We can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Poetto. Thank you for having us.
