Un logement impeccable et très bien situé. Dans une zone pavillonnaire calme et proche de la forêt permettant de belles balades. Un vrai petit cocon où l'on s'y sent bien avec jardin clôturé, super pour nos petites boules de poils ! Super bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement ! Nous sommes arrivés de manière autonome mais Annabelle et Laurent on était très reactif et clair dans leurs instructions. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour chez Martine qui est très accueillante. La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme, est très bien équipée avec une excellente literie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Casa estupenda con jardín . Muy limpia y ubicación frente al campo. Excelente atención de los anfitriones. Fuimos con nuestra perra y estuvo encantada entrando y saliendo al jardín de la casa. Supermercados y todo lo necesario muy cerca. Muchas gracias

We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie in deze prachtige villa in Seignosse! Het huis was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien, en het privézwembad was echt een heerlijke extra. De volledig omheinde tuin was perfect voor onze hond – hij heeft net zo genoten als wij! De locatie is rustig en toch dicht bij het strand en leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Alles was goed geregeld en het contact met de host verliep prettig en vlot. Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne vakantie – we komen graag nog eens terug!

La maison est très agréable. L emplacement est très calme, proche de la mer et du lac. Le jardin aussi est magnifique. Le centre n est pas très loin. Nous avons passé de très bons moments Merci

Thank you Guillaume and Joan for an amazing family holiday. Bidart is a beautiful city and there is no better place to stay than at your house. One can see the love and energy that was put into the house and we appreciated your warm welcome and fell ourselves immediately at home once we arrived. You provided us great recommendations and activities, but we also loved just relaxing by the pool. You are friendly and helpful hosts and we would be happy to come visit again (and we will!) Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus. Es fängt alles schon bei der Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin an, die einwandfrei war. Sie meldete sich immer schnell und kümmerte sich stets um alle unsere Anliegen. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön,modern und sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben fast alle eigene Duschen. Es gibt ausserdem einen Spielbereich, mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball und Billiard. Die Küche ist gross und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der sehr gut in Stand gehalten wird. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist toll: Ein ruhiges Quartier mit freundlichen Menschen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lisa nos recibió fenomenal, la estancia fue acogedora y cercana, estuvimos muy agusto y todo estaba tal y como se describía, además pudimos alquilar bicis en su propia casa, repetiremos!

Bogdan was very responsive and luckily we were able to book in very short notice as we almost had no where to stay that evening. Despite the language barrier Bogdan was friendly and kind to us. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a cuppa in the garden as the sun went down it was truly beautiful. We had a good sleep, the bed was comfy and the room was really clean with towels provided. The kitchen next door had access to coffee / hot water and a fridge etc for your goods. Thanks for your hospitality Bogdan, you saved our evening from disaster and gave us a memorable night instead 😃

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent séjour à Capbreton. Le logement est très agréable, décoré avec goût dans un havre de paix. Les instructions étaient claires et le contact facile, tout cela dans un logement parfaitement équipé. La localisation est parfaite pour les amoureux de l'océan avec un accès à la plage très facile. Merci pour les jolies attentions à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons !

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Studio très bien équipé et propre idéalement situé, proche de la mer, tout se fait à pieds, résidence sécurisée. Petit balcon agréable. Guillaume est très accueillant, sympathique, et réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end chez Agnès et Jean-Marie. L’appartement est rénové avec soin, le jardin est un véritable plus, et tout est à proximité immédiate. Merci pour l’accueil, pour votre sympathie et pour vos conseils culinaires… tellement bons que nous repartons avec 4 pastis landais dans les valises ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir séjourner chez vous.

Logement idéalement situé (à 15 min de la plage à pied et 10 min du centre-ville de Capbreton), au calme, propre et bien équipé. L'hôte (Nina) est très sympathique et très réactive. je recommande ! Merci Nina pour ce beau séjour et pour les attentions à notre arrivée

Location très bien située et spacieuse avec un superbe terrain lorsque l'on a des animaux de compagnie. Pas besoin de voiture pour les déplacements. Maison très spacieuse et très bien rangée. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Es gibt keinen Sonnenstoren und bei viel Sonne wird es warm, aber die Wärme haben wir schliesslich gesucht. 😀 Die Strandnähe ist einfach toll und die Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
