Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capas

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Highly recommended place! We have booked here 2 years ago and was surprised to see the unit as clean and new as it was before. It looks like a new house and had to checked our previous photos to spot any renovated part . Haha. This is great for us a family of 5. Very clean , easy self check in, safe and secure gated parking and very kind and friendly hosts! We will definitely be back again 😍😍😍

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

Have been using Shame and Donna's accommodations on my visits since last year and have been my go to for my trips to Angeles City. Amazing service and great communication.

It's very clean here, and we like to walk around the room and living room barefoot.The equipment is well equipped, we can simply cook some food, the rooftop also has a restaurant bar to order and send to the room, the shared swimming pool is clean and well maintained.Drink and enjoy the singing at the rooftop bar in the evening.

Had a very good stay at Patricia’s place. They are also very responsive to our needs. Will definitely consider going back again. 😊

Island Chateaux is exactly the write words to describe the place, the theme is spot on even the fridge magnets were part of the aesthetic. The pool is nice and surprisingly deeper than I thought. The rooms are nice and clean. The perfume sprayed is a little too strong for our liking but nonetheless a nice place to stay. The host and caretaker are easy to talk to and very responsive. Overall a family-friendly 5/5

Place is so cozy and has everything that we needed for the stay. Bed is big and comfy and the bathroom is clean. Kitchen essentials are available for cooking. Place is nearby convenience store. If youre going somewhere in Clark, this is a nice place to stay in

I’ve stayed at a few different Air BNBs units here at Kandi Towers but this is by far the best in comparison. Very clean, great amount of space and good location. Would recommend staying here to anyone and would go out of my way to book this specific unit again when I’m in the area 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Marjen’s place. The studio was clean, the aircon worked well, and the WiFi connection was strong enough for video conferencing. Only a short walk to the gym. I highly recommend this property and I plan to stay here again. Also, Marjen was quick to communicate and her instructions made it very easy.

This is our second time staying at La Grande Residence, but our first time in Aaron’s unit — and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the mall, the airport, and Clark. Aaron is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. We highly recommend staying at his place!

Very clean, and a genuinely huge 1BDR unit. Staff are super friendly. Everything is white, which gives the place a feel of openness.

Prior to checking in everything was explained very clearly simple format, and easy to follow. The host is very responsive. Pleasant I enjoyed my stay there will book again when coming back to the area.

definitely worth every penny. Great location.. it was close to the parks in Clark, close to restaurants and convenient stores. The place was clean, lots of free parking space and the pool was nice as well.
