This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

Arranged over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), a family bathroom, a cosy living-room with a fire place, a well equipped kitchen, with some basics like tea, coffee, sugar, a laundry with washing machine, iron and an ironing board, a water-closet and a terrace/solarium with a barbecue.
