L'alloggio di Luca è il meglio che potete trovare se passate per il lago di Bolsena. Fantastica vista sul lago, appartamento nuovo e pulito. Consigliatissimo!

Este Airbnb queda entre mis favoritos, ya se aparte de que es un alojamiento de lujo, el diseño del lugar conserva detalles antiguos que le da un toque especial, todo precioso, todo perfecto, además de que nos enamoraron con una botella de vino que nos dejaron para degustar.. sin duda lo recomiendo y con mucho gusto volvería a reservarlo!

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Nette kleine Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Gegend, sehr ruhige Lage. Ich habe leider nur eine Nacht gestoppt aber es lohnt sich sicherlich länger zu bleiben.

de ruimte is groot en voldoende gemeubileerd. Het bed was goed en de badkamer met inloopdouche uitstekend . Het centrum van het leuke oude stadje is op loopafstand (10 minuten) en supermarkten om de hoek ( 3 minuten lopen ) ontbijt in het dorp prima de accomodatie is prima basis voor uitstapjes naar Bolseno , Orvieto of erg leuk beeldenpark in Bomarzo. Il delizioso alloggio di Alexander è luminoso e fresco. Ampi e funzionali spazi all’interno e un comodo accesso su uno spazio esterno in affaccio sul mare al di là di via Panoramica. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e come base per esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni dell’Argentario. Ci siamo innamorati di Cala del Gesso e Cala Grande, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina (e una bella passeggiata, impegnativa ma affascinante) dall’alloggio. Alexander e Ariel sono stati cordiali e disponibilissimi. Consigliato!

Elisabetta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: sehr hilfreich immer zu erreichen und gibt gerne Tipps für den Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Wirklich alles da und in perfektem Zustand. Modern und vielseitig eingerichtet. Sowohl die "Ortsmitte" von Pescaia als auch der Strand waren schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen rund um die Wohnung. Sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist in der Nachbarschaft (AC und DC). Wir haben die kleine Terrasse genossen. Selbst für unseren Hund waren liebevoll Näpfe, Snackbeutel, ein Liegekissen und eine Wasserflasche extra für den Hund für Unterwegs vorbereitet. Grossartig. Sehr gerne wieder und wir können Elisabetta und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Eleonora war immer erreichbar und auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir durften schon lange vor. der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit in das Apartment, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich herrlich groß. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, den wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in der Sonne genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Strasse. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt mit vielen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie
