Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Relaxing to enjoy the beach vacation and strategic to visit the coast and the hinterland. The beach, equipped and free, can also be reached on foot or by bike. The main reference centers where all the services are located are: Capalbio Scalo, 5 minutes by car and Orbetello just 10 minutes away.

The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.
