The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Gianluca's apartment for 10 days and we enjoyed it very much. Gianluca was always very accessible and implemented everything super quickly. The apartment is well equipped with basic things. We only missed an electric kettle and a larger coffee machine. But we were also able to solve this well and it did not affect our vacation. We would rent the apartment again!

Laura was a very attentive and kind host. Available for any requests for clarification and any need for intervention. We had a small inconvenience with the keys to the external gate promptly resolved. She has provided all the necessary directions for entering the house and activities in the surroundings. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

We had wonderful days at Andrea's place. The house is very nice and practically furnished. You have a nice porch to eat and relax. The hosts Andrea and also others on the property are very nice and happy to help. We got tomatoes, grapes, etc. From our own cultivation and our son was allowed to help with the grape harvest. The pool is very clean and you have a great view of the sea from there. A sandy beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car - the only problem you have to drive back a huge detour due to one-way streets. The surroundings are beautiful but you can do little and have to drive far to a larger shop. But all in all a great vacation!

From the window....the sea! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment in Cala Piccola, in the Argentario. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The private beach is a real gem, with crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Beautiful accommodation with the possibility of using a large swimming pool, children's wading pool, playground and other services. Everything corresponded to the description. The accommodation was spacious and well designed. All clean. The possibility of sitting on a private terrace (where others cannot see) right next to the pool was priceless. The whole complex was very peaceful and well maintained. We take the possibility of accommodation with a dog as a big benefit and, moreover, free of charge. The host was very kind, communicated and responded immediately to all questions. He sent tips on interesting locations and restaurants. We regularly visited Feniglia beach (10 minutes by car), which was simply luxurious (few people, gradual access for children, areas for dogs and without dogs). The whole area Monte Argentario, including the cities, seemed calm to us without massive tourism, rather local residents. We will be back soon. Thanks Matteo and Maria

We needed a last minute place to stay and Matteo and his mother were gracious enough to stay up and meet us for check-in, so we are very grateful! What a lovely property and family. We had a great night's sleep and were able to use the bikes to ride to the beach in the morning, which we really enjoyed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the views just lovely. Thank you for being flexible with our checkout time.

Perfect stay! Marina's house is a small corner of peace: compact but extremely functional, impeccably clean and really equipped with everything you need (and more). Every detail is taken care of with attention and practicality. The outdoor space, although small, is well organized and guarantees excellent privacy for relaxing. A stone's throw from the sea, in a quiet area, ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The bed is very comfortable and you sleep in absolute silence. Marina was very kind, always available and welcoming. A stay that I recommend without hesitation!

You are really immersed in the greenery. The house and the garden have all the comforts. Every detail is well taken care of. Free coffee is an extra bonus :)

Everything is great, super helpful host

Francesca is a very sweet host. We arrived earlier and that was no problem. She had tips for nice restaurants, we were given a tour of her house, clear instructions about the park and so on. The house is in a beautiful well maintained park and the beach is fantastic. The garden of the house is wonderfully cool with large trees. Super nice!

MARCELLO's house is a small refuge where the tranquility, silence and music of nature make it the master, the spectacle of the evening view is wonderful and if you want a little life the village is 10' by car. You can reach the sea on foot, of course putting some energy on us to face the 400m path between up and down, but still quite easy. Mosquitoes are a bit to be hoarded, but there are tools. For us it is always a return... home, thank you Marcello

We are 2 couples who often choose to vacation together . So we rented this beautiful house that has 2 bathrooms. The sunsets from the terrace are spectacular and the peace you can breathe in this corner of the hill is refreshing. The location is also strategic, very close to the Aurelia and therefore very convenient to move in all directions. The house is equipped with all the comforts since it was inhabited by Vincenzo, the owner who is a delicious person, he spent a lot of money to give us all the necessary information about places to visit, restaurants and even where to go shopping! It made us feel great! 2 km away there is the sea and only minutes by car you can reach the Argentario. We're sure we'll be back in that house. We're so close, and we still have a lot to see. Thank you Vincenzo because you made our vacation unforgettable! See you soon!

Fantastic location. Amazing views. Direct access to the sea - rocky but easily doable. Facilities and cleanliness TOP. Walk to the city. Giulia's parents live in the house and are very accommodating. Highly recommend! (Extensive construction work takes place in the annex, which cannot be avoided.)
