Holiday rentals with a sauna in Canton of Bern

The cabin was very nice and the area is quiet and safe but the train and parking were expensive because the car does not go to Wengen, transportation is by train

A well outfitted apartment with everything needed for a few days' stay. Very peaceful country setting in quiet surroundings, with goats, cows and llamas/alpacas nearby. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival Bernhard provided ideas of things to do and places to go/avoid. There's a little rack with a number of brochures for hikes, attractions, etc. We opted to walk from/to the train station rather than take the taxi (25-30 CHF) each way. You may wish to use the taxi upon arrival if you have much baggage and/or to get a sense of direction initially. The walk does take about 25-30 minutes on a paved surface, as noted in the apartment's description, and involves some hills along the way, of course. Factor this into your daily plans. The sauna was a nice touch at the end of the day. Very easy to manage with the instructions provided upon arrival. Train schedule was very convenient with minimal waiting time throughout the day. Overall, a great stay.

Beautiful apartment, very well furnished, in a charming village. Very good connections with Interlaken. Andrea is very responsive. The staircase to the duplex is probably not suitable for a child under 4 years old.

Amazing views and living space in a great hotel! Stefan was a great host and I would highly recommend his place if you’re looking for a place close-by to Interlaken. The views are even better than shown in pictures. Being located in the hotel with all amenities including a great restaurant on site made our stay very memorable.

Nicolas and Sandra communicated clearly and well. Checkout would have been possible even 1 hour later than defined. Nicolas gave us useful information about excursions, discounts for mini golf, etc. at the reception when we visited the spa.

We immediately felt comfortable at Chalet Karin. The apartment is clean and corresponds to the photos. The private sauna is of course great! The reception at check-in was friendly and the check-out uncomplicated.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for creating such a welcoming space—we’d love to come back again! Thank you... 🙏

Dirk can't do anything about the weather. For this, you can enjoy the cozy apartment in rainy weather, Dirk and Sandra have taken care of that. I was able to spend a great holiday week and can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We loved our stay at Rudolf and Evelyn’s place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and immaculately presented, with so many thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring the Berner Oberland and we loved the peaceful setting for relaxing evenings. We would definitely recommend!

This is my second visit to Switzerland, and I brought my family along. I came across the Ravinel 2 on Airbnb when searching for a decent location to stay with some space. I'd want to say that everything I was searching for was there. Excellent location with a stunning view. It's a very clean flat. I would advise everyone visiting Adelboden to do so. We felt very comfortable at Grit & Ernst. The apartment is cozy and very spacious. The sofa corner invites you to relax. In the spacious kitchen area there is a lot of storage space and everything your heart desires. The dining table is located under a skylight that unblocks the view of the trees and thus creates a beautiful feeling. Here, too, the space is generously sized. The "bedroom corner" is also very spacious and equipped with plenty of storage space. Everything, including the very large bathroom, was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. There is enough space to stay on the adjacent balcony and we were able to enjoy the afternoon sun. Grit and Ernst were very accessible and our dog was also very welcome. Olivier's apartment is a dream! Spacious rooms, well equipped and maintained with a lot of love. Also just a stone's throw from the cross-country ski trail. We also enjoyed the apartment's indoor sauna! The communication, check-in, etc. worked out very well and we were very satisfied, it was uncomplicated and warm. We will be happy to come back, the apartment is perfect for cross-country skiing holidays and offers that certain something!

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, hikes, and places to go. The home was outside of town with spectacular views, peaceful evenings and lots of room to roam. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended, everything at least as good as described if not better! In the kitchen, everything is available, the bathroom is beautiful as well as sauna and hot tub are easy to adjust, as there are wood and lighters. We had a wonderful long weekend. Peaceful location, very well-equipped chalet. The hot tub and sauna are an incredible perk. Numerous hiking opportunities in the area. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped. The small fridge seems a little worn out and it is difficult to adjust. Nicolas is very responsive and guided us in starting the hot tub. He also responded very quickly when we discovered a water leak in the cellar. Friendly contact. We hope to come back, why not in winter!

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip with public transport. That's possible, the bus runs every hour in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage it is more like 30 minutes.

I had a very nice week in the cottage with my 2 cats. There is a very nice veranda where you can sit both dry and in the sun/shade with a view of the Blümlissalp. In the area, beautiful walks can be made directly from the cottage (including to the Aabenberg, the Wäterlatte, the Gerihorn, the Niese, etc.), also the postbus stops nearby, which can take you to both Griesalp (starting point for a large number of walks) and Reichenbach (supermarket, station and other facilities).

The environment is beautiful, The host was polite and gentle, and the place is very suitable for self-driving travelers. if you’re lucky, you can even enjoy a sky full of stars at night.

Living the live and Ncolas’ place! We spent 5 days in this beautiful house that leaves NO wishes open. On top of that, Nicolas is very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We will come back next year!

This was a wonderful stay where we felt at home. Heike and Fredi are super chill, friendly and interesting people we’re glad we have met. The place feels like a little piece of paradise and definitely worth the stay, get a fire in that brasero and some sausage cooking at night !
