Holiday rentals with a patio in Canterbury

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

Awesome place to stay, clean and tidy. Love the little extras such as tea and coffee. Highly recommend staying here

Accommodation was fantastic lovely lay out and very modern , set in a lovely area by the pub , with a short walk to the beach , also private parking for the air b&b , pub food was fantastic and staff very friendly , also met mark on our stay and couldn’t of met a nicer guy , highly recommend this air b&b

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Great location for exploring the area, and check-in was straightforward. A lovely place to stay – we’d happily return. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay. The duplex was very comfortable, very clean and had all mod cons. There was plenty to do and see in town, including a cinema and interesting walks. Antonella had told us where to park and that helped a great deal. We also had a day in Whitstable which was also very interesting.

Beautiful home that felt like luxury yet with the home comforts too. Such a modern place renovated to impeccable standards with lots of space and spotlessly clean. Short walk into Margate and a handy Tesco Express across the road. Great hosts, very responsive and clear communication - we took our young baby and they kindly sorted a cot for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Was here for 3 nights and the place was perfect for a short stay, felt private and was great to get to and around town. There's parking which is helpful and the self check-in was easy. The place was clean, tall ceilings also help the place feel more spacious. The place itself is bright and the living room and bedroom both come with TVs that helped keep the quieter hours pass by a little quicker. All in all, was just as described and was a pleasure to stay at Christopher's, would happily come back.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this lovely, quaint cottage right in the heart of Canterbury — and what a find it was! From the start, communication was excellent. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt genuinely welcomed, with thoughtful touches waiting for us on arrival that made it feel like a real home away from home. The cottage itself is full of character — beautifully kept, cosy, and tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only a short stroll from all the shops, restaurants, and historic sights Canterbury has to offer. It struck the perfect balance between charm and comfort, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with all the magic of Canterbury on the doorstep. A real gem!

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean and so quiet even though it’s just 30 seconds from Canterbury centre. At 4am it was lovely to hear the birds in full swing chirping away as the sun started to rise (well sleep with windows open btw). The bed is so comfortable and slept so well (well till 4am), but went back to sleep. Would stay again if we were in the area. Communication from Rebecca and Jo 5*, before, during and after our stay. The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good for the dog, enclosed back garden. Parking on the street outside the house was easy. Close to Mermaid pub and Tadpole cafe/farmshop and bakery. Everything you need for a holiday in East Kent

We had a truly wonderful stay. The Annexe was perfect. Spotlessly clean and Nikki & Colin were very welcoming. They couldn’t have done more. Nikki is a super host plus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return in the near future. Thanks so much.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer voor een overnachting. Weer heel fijn gehad en heerlijk gegeten in de Rose & Crown pub (op loopafstand). Gaynor is supervriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Zeker aan te raden om hier te verblijven!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of everything you might need. Coop opposite, 10 minutes to beach and main High Street. I parked in the Coop car park for £2.50 a day! All in all the perfect location. Tamara was immediately responsive for a query I had.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A beautiful well decorated and comfortable flat with unbeatable views of the harbour. Great communication with the hosts made everything easy. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back soon.

A very convenient location for the attractions of Folkestone: with James' help, there was always available on-street parking at no cost. The apartment is functional and attractive, which is rather how I would like myself to be described by my wife. Everything worked as expected, and not being distracted by TV sets all over the place worked as a relaxing novelty.

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)

We are just on our way home from a lovely stay in Herne Bay with our two children. The apartment was immaculate and roomy, enough space for us all to stay comfortably and we very much felt at home. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side but the apartment is right opposite the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future!
