We used the accommodation for a week for work reasons, the area is super quiet and coming home in the evening was always pleasant. Andres was very helpful, we had an issue with Airbnb for billing and he kindly solved it for us, he also made himself available and flexible for the check-out by meeting our work needs. Highly recommended

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

We were in Michaela's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian tour. We enjoyed it very much and we felt very comfortable. Michaela is very accommodating, attentive to her guests and a great hostess. The location is super quiet and rural, so it is well suited for relaxing. The location was great as a starting point for our motorcycle tours, but also well suited for hiking, running or cycling.

The only mistake we made with this place was that we only stayed 3 nights! What a special place and what a cozy apartment! We will definitely be back at some point! Loretello has completely enchanted us with its fantastic location, the great bar and the warm residents! If you appreciate a beautiful landscape, tranquility and a lovingly furnished apartment, this is the place for you! And as if that weren't enough, there was still delicious breakfast and fruit! It can't get any better!

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of six: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed or bunk bed (one of them very small with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a large room with kitchen, living room and dining table. There is also a covered balcony with seating. The garden including pool is beautifully landscaped. You can tell there's a lot of passion in it! On all sides you have a wonderful view. There is plenty to do in the area, even the nearby Fossombrone is pretty. Niccolo lives on the ground floor, the rented apartment is on the second floor, which makes communication easy. But he always responded quickly by message. Absolutely recommended!
