The apartment is as described and José María is very attentive. The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: cooking utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat my stay. Very comfortable apartment in the center of Suances with easy access to the village. We had a good stay at Oscar Eloy's apartment.

Cuchi met us and immediately we felt at home. The location is handy for everything and on one day we cycled all around Santander as they let us use their bikes. We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a great stay. Cuchi was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. Cheers Cuchi and Jesus.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We spent 5 days in the apartment and it was fantastic Very well located, quiet and next to the beach Easy road connection to move around Asturias Worth repeating!

Our stay in the Pedreña apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with fog. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

Everything is great, it's a pity that the apartment doesn't have a small terrace, but in general a 10!

The house is a faithful reflection of the ad, Raúl was quick to answer our messages and was kind and approachable. Well-equipped and very comfortable house, all rooms are large and sunny. The location is quiet, close to the sea, ideal for long walks to nearby towns on well-marked trails. It was an ideal experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
