Holiday rentals with a patio in Cangrejo

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Great place, hopefully rent it again. Spacious, just like the pictures. Really comfortable and easy to find. The beach is 2min away as the description says, and next to the beach there is a very beautiful river. The place came with water bottles and all the utensils to cook perfectly. Comfortable beds. Air in the rooms, and a TV in each room. I also had a great rooftop terrace and there was the washing machine with Ace and fabric softener. It really has everything you need to have a great stay.

This has become my new favorite place to stay when I’m there, it was top notch 👍👍

Everything was outstanding from check-in to checkout.

First time traveling alone so by the time I arrived my brain was ready to relax. I easily adjusted and did feel at home from the start with the premises being clean and well maintained. They provided a lot of information that benefited the first time traveler. Ex Contacting a cab for a flight to the airport. For those who overthink like me, this small detail helped me focus on my vacation and relax. Everything was explained on the first day and didn’t feel like I was being scammed as I returned home. My ideal vacation is one where I could relax and the host ensured I was able to. Highly recommend and will be reaching out during my future vacations. Thank you again for being amazing host and setting high standards for what Airbnb can provide.

Paraíso de Colon is a very peaceful & relaxing complex. It’s walking distance from the main parts of Sosúa such as Pedro Clisante, playa Alicia & playa Sosúa. My apartment was very clean & enough space for just myself. I would definitely recommend this location as you are pretty much close to everything while still being away from most of the noise.

The unit was literally right in the middle of everything. Baileys 2 minute walk. Kings 5 minute walk. Beach 5 minute walk. No need to rent scooters. Guest friendly.

Frank’s Place was very confortable and his kitchen had pretty well everything needed to stay long term as well. I Loved that Shower !!! Note: missing a Salad/ Pasta Strainer !! He has no Kitchen Table inside , has a counter top with Stools to Have your lunch and supper . Would of been nice if he had a small table with 2 chairs to have supper if space permits, otherwise the other option was to have supper ouyside Balcony wich he had a Nice table with 4 chairs. Note: the bedroom was more like a big double Bed , for 1 person it’s fine but for 2 people, it is a little small. Nite: there was a nice TV but had no câble channels service , you would need your own Apps access for Netflix and other Apps if you are a TV watcher. Besides that i would reccomend Frank’s place Anytime.. Over all , i would definitely go back to Frank’s place if i were by myself again.

I absolutely loved everything about this place, it exceeded all my expectations. Words can’t fully capture how incredible this place is. It’s so peaceful that I’m seriously considering buying a home here.

Terrific villa just as described. The pool and patio were great, and we made extensive use of the kitchen. I have been to this area many times, and can assert this villa in a great spot with easy access to Laguna SOV, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Robert responded quickly to our questions as well. Great spot for a family!!!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Amazing place and an even more amazing host! The space is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Mignolia is truly one of a kind — always making sure you feel at home and have a great time. Her hospitality goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!

such a wonderful sanctuary of beauty and relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay. lucia’s villa is stunning, as is the entire “las 9 gotas” property. we spent most of the week simply relaxing. a couple beautiful, quiet beaches are in walking distance, as is a picturesque spa with delicious food and an incredibly friendly staff. as a host, lucia was incredibly communicative, accessible and responsive from the moment we booked, to pre-arrival, throughout our entire stay, and on our day of departure; a true superhost! we didn’t want to leave!!

Me and my wife had a great time at Elena's place, we enjoyed our stay alot. The check in was easy and Elena and her husband is really friendly and great hosts. 5/5!

It's a great place to stay and very spacious and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the nightlife. Nick is a an excellent host and the staff at the building are great people and always there to help if you need something. I'll definitely be back, thank for hosting me Nick!

The apartment was very easy to find, close to everything and very clean and comfortable! Jose communicated very well with all of the information that was required for our stay. Easiest stay I have had in awhile!

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!
