Super recommended accommodation, great accommodation. Clean and comfortable house. With the reception of Mrs. Ivete was even better, a polite and very dear person! We went as 7 people and 2 more dogs and it was super comfortable, we will definitely return.

Everything perfect! The apartment has modern and well-equipped furniture, easy access, and 24-hour reception. There's a small grab and pay room if you need water or something to eat. This is the second time we've stayed at the Serra Class, and we'll definitely be back. The view is beautiful, everything is organized and clean, faucets with hot water (warm and cold), and a wonderful shower. Smelly bedding and towels, heated pool that our daughter loved, remembering that they provide pool towels too! We don't use the kitchen, but if you want to use it, it's well equipped with everything you need! On another occasion we will use the fireplace, because the chosen date was not so cold!

The stay at the apt da Marta was wonderful. We stayed 1 week there and we have nothing to complain about. Super well located, next to the Stone Cathedral, with great commerce and super nearby restaurants, we did a lot on foot . The apt is super complete, very comfy! I was afraid of the sofa bed, but it is extremely comfortable and of an ideal size. The kitchen is complete with several utensils, and the washer and dryer was great for optimizing the days. It was very worth it and it will be a place I will return for sure when I return to Gramado/Canela. Thank you for the wonderful days! And the Diva that checks in really is a Diva! Super friendly and loving !

Mrs. Ilse won our hearts. We were made to feel welcome and welcomed. She was like a mother to us during the days we stayed. Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored the luggage until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment served perfectly, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. I was confused as to whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

This was our second time in the apartment and our family had a lot of fun! The apartment is perfect, with plenty of space, a charming backyard, a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful heated pool! We found the impeccable, clean and cozy apartment! The convenience is great! Nearby some of Gramado's top attractions! The host was always quick in the replies and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. Patrícia also welcomed us very well and was instrumental in a very quiet stay! We can't wait to go back!

We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can only portray the perfect environment that the hostess provided us, with a wonderful and impeccable apartment, close to everything, well located. We had the best of all worlds, feeling like we were at home. Our hostess was perfect, in addition to allowing us to enjoy the space in a way that gave us freedom while still worrying about the details and being available for any setbacks. We hope to have left the best impression in maintaining the organization close to the way we received it upon arrival. A big hug Fatima and I hope to be able to enjoy this wonderful place more often.
