Spacious house in good area of town.

we were in town to visit family, and when we come back we will absolutely be staying here again! very homey feeling, central to town and everything to do, felt super safe, and very quiet area.

My family and I had a wonderful visit. Andy was thoughtful and responsive. The house had personal touches to make us feel at home. My large family was able to spread out and enjoy the space. The house is located on a quiet street close to all that Natchitoches downtown has to offer.

My husband and I, and some friends stayed here for a high school reunion weekend. This house was perfect. It was close to front street and several of the places we met up with other friends. The house itself was clean and comfortable the layout of the house is such that bedrooms/bathrooms are not right next to one other. In other words, you still have plenty of privacy. The backyard is really cute. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings. John is very responsive and overall our stay was very enjoyable. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in Natchitoches.

David's home had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in back yard was great for our pups. It is in a nice walkable neighborhood. There is plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. We spent some time touring the plantations and the beautiful Natchitoches Historic District, seeing the Sweet Magnolia movie house, St. Augustine Church and cemetery.

Great host, very responsive to messages, easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Absolutely adorable place. The whole place felt extremely homey and the host is absolutely amazing. Super sweet! Recommended some local places and they were absolutely amazing! Would come back if in the area again.

Awesome Host with an amazing spacious house. The pool was definitely a hit with the grandkids, and nothing is better than a screened in back porch in the south. Thanks for hosting my family.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. We had our whole family there, kids and grandkids. Great back porch and the kids loved the swimming pool. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing. Very quiet street. We were able to walk to the end of the street and watch the July 4th fireworks.

Jennica’s home was not only beautiful but well thought out and accommodating. She had really thought of everything. From having extra pool towels, to multiple first aid kits, a blow up mattress as well as multiple games located upstairs. We really enjoyed the speaker outside to listen to our music while we played with our kids in the pool. The beds were cozy and comfortable with soft, clean linens. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hated we had to leave early due to a family emergency. Would definitely return if we are back in town.

We enjoyed our stay, and the property was clean and quiet. The location is in the middle of stores, restaurants, and downtown. The Christmas lights downtown were terrific. We had so much fun. We will be staying again when my sister receives her bachelor's degree.

Loved the area and the home. For being an old house it is very taken care of. Jerry was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed the duration of our stay.

Margarita was a good host. There was enough towels and kitchen utensils. Clean place 🙂

Wishing we could have stayed many days instead of one……We were sad to say goodbye to Marilyns lovely cottage nestled in the countryside!!! It was lovely inside and out, peaceful and cozy with a luxurious bed & our fav percale sheets to rest beautifully in!! Details were so thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, we cannot wait to return!!! Many Thanks again dear Marilyn for all your kindness and hospitality!

This was the 2nd time staying at the location, there was no issues with checking in or out , Host and Cohost were very friendly and responsive. I'd highly recommend this place for someone staying a weekend or longer.
