I’ve never thought of returning to a place until I stayed here. What a beautiful view, beautiful and super clean pool and surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. I had great nights of sleep and that’s always a challenge for me. The only negative experience we had was with the security guard at the time of checking in, had a bad temper and the greeting was not friendly at all. But the place itself is very comfortable, big rooms, comfy beds and good A/C.

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to beach, walk across the street. All communications from start to finish were wonderful. Had no issues with anything. Easy to find and was easy to get into place upon arrival. Pictures are exactly what place looked like. Rooms are large and beds were comfortable. Had all the cooking amenities you would need. View of gulf course out back door was also wonderful. You will need a car to get around or rent a gulf cart which is lots of fun in getting around. Walk to pool area only a few yards from condo. There are a couple of nice restaurants on Palmas del Mar but you need transportation to get to them. Felt very safe and and enjoyed evening walks on the beach. Will definately be back again. We love Puerto Rico !

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

Jose’s place was great for my family and I. We enjoyed the house and the area.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

This home is truly a little piece of paradise made even better by all the thoughtful, comfortable, and beautiful touches by Brenda and Javier. We literally loved every single thing about the place - the views, the tropical plants & flowers, the deck, the comfy beds, the freshly fallen mangos, the privacy, the nature sounds at night. etc, etc. Brenda & Javier were also helpful and super quick to respond when we needed some area recommendations, and which were all great recommendations! We enjoyed our stay sooo much and had so much fun and relaxation there! We felt so lucky to have spotted a coqui frog on our last night too! Thanks for amazing memories here B & J!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this Airbnb was! The house was in immaculate shape and the surroundings were beyond gorgeous. Much more beautiful than the pictures let on. You have to see it to believe it. Yabucoa turned out to be better than we had anticipated. Great Airbnb host too- on our first night the island had a power outage. Luckily this Airbnb had solar panels that helped us get thru the night without a hitch. The Airbnb host even offered to help us find an alternative place to stay while the electric was restored which is highly commendable. All the directions and recommendations the host provided helped us tremendously and made my first trip to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 perfect. Thanks again!!!! If I’m in the area again I would absolutely stay here again. 🖤

Luis quickly responded to any questions I had and was attentive. The place looked exactly as pictured. The island did suffer a massive power outage during our time and Luis checked in throughout and came through when I asked him to mitigate the situation. We're were better able to handle the situation because we do have family there. Honestly we we're at Liquillo beach when it happened and we only learned of the outage when Luis inquired. I love my island and Luis's place is a great place to enjoy it!

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to stay in this beautiful apartment.

We enjoyed Danielle’s place. The house has plenty of room and the rooftop patio is great outdoor space. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs and toys available for our use which made trips to the beach so easy and fun. Palmas Del Mar is nice and we felt very safe while we were there.

Place was very nice gated community. Enjoyed the pool and beach.

I can't say enough great things about my stay and the hosts communication. Place is clean and welcoming. I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. My children and I woke up to breathtaking ocean views in the morning as well as incredible stars scene at night via balconies or roof deck. I appreciate the guide that was custom made for visitors (located by the TV) which tells you about the local restaurants, tourist attractions and supermarkets. It was a big help. We also walked down to the private basketball court during the evening. There are 2 designating spots available. Place felt safe. This was great. I would say to anyone who books this stay that it is money well spent. I look forward to returning.
