Enjoyed our stay. Very close to beach, walk across the street. All communications from start to finish were wonderful. Had no issues with anything. Easy to find and was easy to get into place upon arrival. Pictures are exactly what place looked like. Rooms are large and beds were comfortable. Had all the cooking amenities you would need. View of gulf course out back door was also wonderful. You will need a car to get around or rent a gulf cart which is lots of fun in getting around. Walk to pool area only a few yards from condo. There are a couple of nice restaurants on Palmas del Mar but you need transportation to get to them. Felt very safe and and enjoyed evening walks on the beach. Will definately be back again. We love Puerto Rico !

Xavier was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our vacation. Our family of four fit very comfortably and the short walk to the beach and pool were perfect. The unit was clean, fully stocked, and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the many suggestions for local food and things to do. Palmas del Mar offers a lot of fun with great eating spots, places to walk, a spot to feed the turtles, and so much more. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around, our teens loved this. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to PR!

Amazing views from the apartment that the pictures do not do justice. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Exclusive area and from the apartment you feel like you are the only one there. It is well stocked with all you could possibly need for your stay. Well maintained place and a place we will gladly return. Roberto was a great host and highly responsive when we had questions about assess and the amenities. We did not wanted to leave!

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the afternoon, the gentle breeze and serene atmosphere create an incredibly peaceful experience. And the view? Absolutely mesmerizing. Keyshla is wonderfully responsive and welcoming—I can’t wait for my next stay!

The apartment has an excellent location and A/C, walking distance to the beach & ideal place for tranquility. The apartment complex is private and close to a nearby hotel for restaurants & rental of golf carts. The host provided plenty information, extra goodies & amazed us with all the information provided related to vet care, etc as we had brought our dog with us!

The apartment was really comfortable and bigger than expected. A/C and all amenities worked above expectation. And the view to the ocean and Vieques was awesome.

Located in the exclusive Palmas Del Mar community, this property offers convenient beach access and served as a solid base for a New Year’s vacation. While the unit and building show some age and are under maintenance, the experience was enjoyable overall. The host’s thoughtful addition of a generator was especially appreciated during the New Year’s blackout in Puerto Rico.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Nancy's in Palmas del Mar! The location was absolutely unbeatable — just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. We woke up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoyed coffee while watching the sunrise. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host thought of every detail, from beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Palmas del Mar itself is stunning, with gorgeous beaches, restaurants, golf courses, and even a marina all within the community. We stayed at Nancy's to celebrate daughter's birthday with friends and she enjoyed every moment of if. Thank you Nancy.
