Holiday rentals with a patio in Candamo

Without a doubt it has been the best apartment we have ever been to. With great storage capacity and all the spotless appliances,very new. The terrace is great! The bed is comfortable which is greatly appreciated, with a high power hairdryer. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything by hand,supermarkets, market, bars...the apartment is large and very nice, but above all very clean. Unbeatable value for money! They have details like a kit for your pet to have where to drink and eat with their wipe☺️in addition to other details!! The 2 TVs are an added plus and with many channels. They have made us feel at home, which we must thank them for all the attention and kindness they have dedicated to us. Always willing to take care of us. I definitely recommend it 100%. Oviedo we loved it, we will repeat with them when we come back!! It has been a pleasure !!

Perfect accommodation for 4 people (there were only 2 of us) very quiet place, with indoor car parking. Nestor was precise, punctual and present when needed. Various shops and restaurants are located in the vicinity of the house. Very quiet area for holidays in Oviedo and surroundings.

For five days it's great, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/highway exit.

The apartment is as described, very cozy and in a very quiet area, but very close to absolutely all services. The yard is huge and our dog was delighted! As for Agustín, he was super attentive to us at all times, very close and friendly. We had a little mishap with the car on the last day and he helped us find a specific workshop nearby! The truth is that we will repeat without any hesitation. The overall score for everything is 12 out of 10!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is everything as new, with many storage spaces, very comfortable bed, very clean everything and although the area is true that it is not beautiful compared to the surroundings it is very functional since you have many services on the same street as supermarket, pharmacy or bars. Maria was also attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the router key and immediately solved it.

The apartment is small but perfect for four people. It has two bathrooms, two floors and a terrace that is a WONDER. It was super clean, tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything (blender, dish drainer, shampoo gel, hair dryer, beach umbrella, etc.) absolutely recommended

The house is equal to the pictures. The last stretch of access is by a path, but thanks to it you reach a secluded place, with excellent views, no noise, no neighbors, full of vegetation and a renovated house with a lot of personality, which is impeccable, smells clean in every corner, with lots of utensils and is perfectly adapted to rest, barbecue, play board games, watch netflix.. Also at night it has a terrace with super nice sofas and light bulbs. Just 20 minutes from the beach and towns such as Oviedo or Gijón. And the hosts are always attentive to what you might need. Everything is perfect!

If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! Nuria is a charm, kind, super attentive, she personally welcomed us and introduced us to her house and gave us all the necessary directions. And the house… spectacular! Clean, cozy, with beautiful decor, and with everything you need and more! The bed in the loft is totally fairytale and the glass with armchairs and mountain views was my favorite corner without a doubt! The perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Stream amazing peace! I fell in love with that casita. I would definitely go back.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! It has been a great stay, the apartment is just as shown in the photos, clean and with all the facilities. Quiet and nice little village, very rich restaurants in the same village and close to beaches and tourist towns to see. Highly recommended!

A beautiful little house to go as a family, which includes a dog in our case, who enjoyed the enclosed garden more than we did. Quiet site on which to enjoy homemade food and nature as soon as you walk out the door.

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
