A very quiet, idyllic place, easy to get to. The house is very comfortable and has a small garden. Everything is extremely clean. Highly recommended. Communication with María Jesús is fast, easy and simple.

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the dreamlike surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. Fresh flowers on the table, how loving and thoughtful. The house has a very special energy. Thank you for the time with you, I will surely come back.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Very good place to spend a few days

An absolutely delightful apartment and the most gracious and responsive hosts. This was the perfect location from which to walk to all the sites beautiful Oviedo has to offer. We had an incredibly memorable meal just steps away from our front door, Ca Suso. We made a reservation in the morning for a 2:45pm meal. The tasting menu was fabulous. The parking was just a 2 min walk away in a spacious public paid lot. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, well equipped and we adored the terrace. Luckily we had sunny, warm weather so it was enjoyable to sit on and perfect for quickly drying laundry. We stayed on a weekend so Oviedo’s bars were buzzing but all was quiet inside this cozy apartment. Highly recommend!!

We were absolutely right to choose Agustín's accommodation! Perfect location to get to know Oviedo and an ideal starting point to explore Asturias! We were able to enjoy the wonderful terrace a lot! The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of Asturias. Ruth was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
