Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Avilés. Plaza de aparcamiento. luminoso. Bien decorado, confortable y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Nada ruidoso. Perfecto para explorar la costa.

Increible atención de María Jose, muy cercana y atenta. El pisito es muy coqueto y encantador, en un barrio excelente! volveríamos una y mil veces!

Hemos estado 5 días y el apartamento es tal como viene en las fotos. Muy bien decorado, totalmente reformado. El aparcamiento es muy bueno. Es verdad que está un poco alejado del centro para ir caminando pero nosotros íbamos con el coche y en 10 minutos estábamos aparcando cerca del centro. También hay que tener en cuenta que al no tener ascensor se hace duro subir con las maletas. Pero si queréis un apartamento tranquilo y bien equipado en una zona tranquila de Aviles sin duda lo recomiendo.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

la vivienda se encuentra bastante cerca de la playa y al ser un 5 se descansa muy bien pq los ruidos de la calle no llegan. se puede pasear por la zona de la playa, la cual es súper bonita

Gema es una persona maravillosa, el piso estaba muy bien y el pueblo precioso, la verdad es que es un sitio de 10 en todos los aspectos. También estuvo muy atenta de todo y en el piso no faltaba de nada! También estaba muy cerca de todo y de muy fácil acceso.

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

Netjes ingericht en functioneel appartement. Gelegen in het centrum, alle belangrijke toeristische sites zijn beloopbaar. Restaurants in de omgeving (en deviezen hierover van Sonia). Veel privacy en rustige locatie, slapen met raam open.

la estancia fue genial. El apartamento corresponde con las fotografías, todo muy limpio y anfitrión muy pendiente de nosotros, respondía rápido a cualquier pregunta que le hiciéramos. Lo único nos habría gustado saber que no había ascensor porque íbamos un poco cargados, por lo demás todo perfecto, repetiremos sin duda.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Maite is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described and is very clean and well presented. The apartment has everything you need - we stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It is located in the centre of Oviedo with shops, restaurants, buses all within walking distance. We will book again when we return to Oviedo.

Jose Manuel fue un afitrión perfecto. El apartamento está nuevo y es muy disfrutable. La zona es tranquila y es ideal para visitar Asturias. Lo recomendaria 100%.

Sin lugar a dudas ha sido el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado, me he sentido como en casa, lo recomiendo muchísimo, sobretodo si os gusta la tranquilidad y unas vistas bonitas a la montaña. Han sido muy buenos anfitriones y estoy realmente agradecida con ellos. Una maravilla.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. The recommendations we were given were great and we had a really good holiday Thank you

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

Un departamento muy cómodo y hermoso decorado con más de lo necesario. Gracias!! la estancia fué de lo más agradable. Excelente ubicación en el corazón del centro histórico.

An idyllic rural hideaway. Gambino was proactive in his communication and gave us a warm welcome (when we eventually got there…check which route your GPS is taking you)! They even gave us a cake hot out of the oven as a welcome gift which was very much appreciated.
