The perfect location and the perfect host. Sitting drinking wine on the balcony whilst watching the world go by was a great highlight, recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Voyelle's. The apartment was exactly as described and just what we wanted. It is a real home (not a featureless airbnb hotel) and, therefore, felt very warm. The apartment had all listed amenities, beautiful natural light and is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Voyelle was friendly and responsive, always very kind and helpful. Perfect week in Paris!

We had a great time in Paris at Ariel's apartment. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. In addition, it is next to the Belleville park, a very cheerful and lively neighborhood, and has a pleasant view from its large balcony. Ariel was very kind and, although he was traveling, we were very well attended by Martine. We will try to repeat soon

The apartment provided a real Parisian experience. It was so full of character and lovely to be amongst everyday life in Paris. An 8 minute walk to Notre Dame and the train station. Recommended taxi service was reliable and friendly. Plenty of great places to eat. We tried snails and onion soup. We bought fruit and gifts from the local market a few minutes away. Delightful apartment, perfect for a couple on a romantic holiday! Situated on a lively street, plenty of great bars and restaurants, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very practical. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

We really loved the vibe of the apartment! It’s cool and artsy with great mirrors for selfies 😁 If you’re very picky about the cleanliness - it could be better. The area is cool and very lively, I recommend it if you like the city vibe and sightseeing. Not necessarily for relaxing 😅

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super easy to communicate and the apartment was perfect for 3 people having a nice long weekend getaway. The balcony is a nice extra with a nice view. the area has amazing restaurants and bars and you have several options how to explore the city from there. Definitely recommend to stay in this cozy apartment.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
