Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Canal Saint-Martin

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the location was beautiful and easy to walk to the train and local attractions. Erwan's house is very quaint and we loved the open kitchen/dining room/living room for family breakfasts, the combination of bedrooms also worked well for our family group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Paris getaway destination!

I cannot recommend Rosa’s home enough, especially if you have small children. My four year old and two year old had has much fun at Rosa’s house as they did the rest of Paris. The apartment was gorgeous and matched the photos exactly. The location was wonderful, just a short 15 minute walk to the Marais in one direction and 15 minute walk to the Bastille in the other. It’s also located close to many lovely boulangeries, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. Rosa was so communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated that the kids’ room had one bed and one crib for my kids — it was perfect. I hope we can visit again soon!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Antoine en Astrid zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, flexibel en gastvrij! Ze reageren zeer snel op vragen en hebben veel tips. Hun huis voelt meteen als ‘thuis’, midden in het gezellige bruisende leven van Parijs. Bakkertjes, supermarkt en kaaswinkeltje op loopafstand, net als het metrostation. Kortom, een aanrader!

Fijn verblijf! Hele fijne locatie, leuke buurt en alles is goed bereikbaar met het OV. Ook de bedden slapen zeer goed

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

a great little oasis in the heart of the marais. super friendly host. we were greeted with champage and heaps of traveller tips . beautifully appointed apartment with lovely views and cute Parisian decor. only tip, is maybe to bring your own bath towels if you like a little more of a plush dry off after your shower and if you’re traveling in summer, maybe mentally prepare that only the bedroom has air conditioning… not the whole apartment. all in all, I’d HIGHLY recommend.

L'appartement est vraiment génial. L'ascenseur qui mène un étage en dessous est très pratique. L'appartement est bien meublé, il a tout ce qu'on pourrait avoir besoin. Le fait que la toilette soit séparé de la douche était pratique puisque nous étions quatre (à noter cependant que la toilette donne sur l'espace commun cuisine/salon). Si vous voyagez avec des ronfleurs et que vous comptez utiliser le futon à la mezzanine, sachez que la pièce communique directement avec la salle à coucher principale et que le son porte. Le bloc est très calme. La terrasse sur le toit est un gros plus, on a adoré y manger! L'appartement est proche d'une station de métro, de nombreux restaurants et on peut se rendre à la cité en 30 minutes à pied. Sébastien répond très rapidement, est accommodant et est très sympathique. Le manuel d'instruction est extrêmement bien détaillé, tout y est expliqué avec images! Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour! Je recommande :)

We (family group of 3) had a wonderful stay at Carole's apartment. The location is fantastic and the apartment has a lovely feel and is beautifully presented. The sofa bed worked really well for tall adult. The peaceful outdoor garden is a serene space to sit in and enjoy after exploring the delights of Paris. Carole the host was fabulous with excellent communication as well as being very proactive, friendly and accommodating. We definitely hope to stay again on a future trip to Paris.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!
