Holiday rentals with lake access in Canal Saint-Martin

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

The apartment was really clean as shown in the photos. The balcony has a very good view overlooking the Seine River. It's great that the house is on the street, you can easily access everything. As a Muslim family, we were very pleased to find a large number of "halal" restaurants nearby, one of which is right across the street. In addition, there is a bidet faucet not in the toilet, but next to it.

A beautiful little room in a lovely neighborhood. I had a little trouble getting in on the first day because my U.S. cell phone couldn't call the host, but a neighborhood shop owner let me use her phone. Emmanuelle was very responsive and got me checked in right away. Clean, compact room. Bathroom is at the end of the hallway on the same floor. Shower is down three floors in Emmanuelle's home. Emmanuelle was very friendly, multi-lingual, quite accommodating.

Najatte is very welcoming and caring! She makes sure we've arrived safely and that everything is going well in the accommodation. The instructions are very clear whether for arrival or departure. I highly recommend it. 😊

Great place to stay, highly recommend.

It was in a good location for taking the train or subway, and it was nice to be close to grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, etc. You have to go through the door 3 times to get into the house, but it was well explained and easily solved. The bedroom, kitchen, and toilet were all clean. However, it was a curtain in the bathroom, not a door, so it was a little uncomfortable. There were also a lot of towels provided, and the windows were spacious, so it was comfortable. I had a good rest at a good accommodation in Paris.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Jo’s place! Jo was an incredibly gracious host who provided clear and detailed instructions for entering the apartment, was quick to respond, and made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was spotless, welcoming, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was fantastic, offering a vibrant social atmosphere during the day while maintaining a peaceful and family-friendly environment in the evenings. It struck the perfect balance between lively and quiet. Nearby, we found everything we needed: grocery stores, a delightful patisserie, and a variety of lively restaurants to explore. Getting around was convenient, with easy access to the tram/metro (though be prepared for a couple of transfers depending on your destination). Overall, our stay was wonderful, and Jo’s hospitality made it even more special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

Very good communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was clean, warm and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very friendly host.
