House holiday rentals in Canal Saint-Martin

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Une agréable parenthèse ressourçante proche de Paris. Hébergement propre et bien agencé, on s’y sent bien. L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte est un véritable plus, sans parler de la compagnie Kili !

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und sehr großem Garten. Alles da was man benötigt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt, da wir auch sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Die Vorbereitung von Sophia war klasse und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts sensationell. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätte sie Sophia auf jeden Fall alle verdient. Unsere beiden Kinder haben es auch wie wir genossen, neben dem Sightseeing in Paris etwas Ruhe und Entspannung hier bei Sophia und Ihrer Familie zu finden. Neben dem großen Pool war für die Kids auch James der liebe Hauskater und die Schildkröten, die uns immer wieder besucht haben ein Highlight. Vielen Dank nochmal an Sophia für die absolut tolle Betreuung.

Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Das Haus incl. Wintergarten, sowie der Garten mit Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren super schön und großzügig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise und Pascal war super. Wir haben immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Parfait endroit pour profiter de Paris tout en étant au calme

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille agréable,bien accueilli par Clément ,un logement qui correspondait à la description agréable,propre ,en sécurité au calme.Clement a répondu rapidement à nos diverses demandes ,ue réel plus c'est la place de parking la proximité des commerces du métro.C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous conseillerons ce logement.Merci pour tout.

Super logement ! Idéal pour une événement au stade de france qui se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du logement. De plus la gare de RER est proche du logement ce qui facilite l’accès avec Paris. Depuis Ladis est toujours disponible et répond vite au message. Bref je recommande fortement ce logement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Atelier von Françoise! Eine liebevolle und sehr individuell ausgestattete Wohnung mit bohemian Flair. Für uns war es der perfekte Rückzugsort im belebten Paris. Die Lage des Ateliers ist sehr ruhig und der dazugehörige Hof ist eine kleine, grüne Oase. Toll ist auch, dass man vor der Haustüre fußläufig alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Ebenso Bus und Metro sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zu Françoise und ihrer Nachbarschaft war außerordentlich freundlich ❤️. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben....

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nathalie ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und großzügige Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und es war alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt und noch mehr vorhanden. Die Unterkunft sowie Nathalie als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen; sie ist eine sympathische, leidenschaftliche Gastgeberin.

wir waren für eine Städtetrip in Paris und haben dafür die Unterkunft von Eléonore verwendet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber super zu erreichen mit der Metro. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Eléonore war super einfach und reibungslos.

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mike et Delphine. C était très propre, très calme et dans un quartier très sympa et animé, avec des bons restaurants dans les alentours. Je le recommande vivement !

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und vor allem super sauber. Alles was man sich wünschen würde für einen Aufenthalt + Extrem nette Gastgeber welche bei Fragen direkt und hilfreich geantwortet haben. Kann ich nur empfehlen 😃

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

Nous avons passé quelques nuits dans le logement de Alamanda, c'était parfait pour être au calme avant d'aller à Paris et au Stade de France. Merci Alamanda pour les petites attentions et votre réactivité ! Au plaisir de revenir pour un autre séjour dans le coin
