The location of the accommodation is great. I was able to walk around and it was convenient to use the subway. If it was on the side of the road, it would have been a little noisy, but it was quiet and better because it was in the courtyard. The condition of the accommodation was the same as the photos, but it was cleaner and cozier than expected, so I was able to relax comfortably. I couldn't meet Kevin, but he responded to messages very quickly and provided the necessary things appropriately. The friend who helped me check in was also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Gorgeous place! We loved our stay.

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal for spending the night just outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

The place was really great! The RER station is right next to it, so the city center can be reached in 20 minutes. Very quiet location as the apartment faces the courtyard. Everything was as described, even the super nice contact with the owner was impeccable. We can recommend this Airbnb at any time and will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It is clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet for its central location. It is right in the heart of so many wonderful things to do, and just across the street from the metro which was a plus. There wasn't a clothing iron available when we got there, which is something I think all hosts should provide to travelers. That said, I ended up buying one and leaving it upon our departure, so that future visitors can have one to use 😊

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

My partner and I stayed at Gio’s place for a week with a friend and found the apartment very suitable for three adults. We had everything that we needed. The location was great. Gio was very welcoming with excellent communication throughout our stay.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

A quality welcome from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind with his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was impeccable, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden, which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!
