Beautiful, clean, special property south-facing the Seine on lovely and quiet Ile St. Louis! The top floor apartment has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the Seine, Pantheon and Notre Dame - with the Eiffel Tower looming in the distance! The building is historic - Marie Curie lived two floors below for 20 years! The location is quiet and perfectly accessible to the big churches, museums and other attractions. The best!

Very nice stay at Laurent's! Very responsive and very cordial host who lives up to his title of super host! Personalized, friendly and very efficient welcome by Dimitri who shows us the apartment and gives us all the necessary explanations. Apartment large enough for Paris, very well equipped, with modern and high-end appliances. Small touches well appreciated (juice, milk, bottle of wine). Interesting neighborhood, well stocked with good restaurants (Laurent provides excellent recommendations!), the Canal St-Martin is accessible in a few minutes walk and the Buttes Chaumont in about twenty minutes. Several metro stations nearby. The street can be busy but with the windows closed, it's perfect! Thanks again Laurent!

Place very close to the subway 3 to 4 minutes tranquil barrio

Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from the Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

All around excellent experience. Thought has obviously been given to what renters would want. One fundamental thing you don't always get at these rentals, a comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a kitchen. Washer and drying racks. Handy book of instructions. Good elevator. TV is mostly English-language news channels unless you speak French. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe enough, although definitely not American suburbia -- the streets are narrow and stores and apartments are built right up to the sidewalk. Reasonably quiet, though, since it is off the main street. Three good restaurants within a hundred feet! -- and many more in the neighborhood. Market and bakeries close by. Easy walking distance to Metro, Marais, many sites and museums. Be sure to have your phone turned on and ready for use in a foreign country when you arrive, as that will be the best way to make initial contact with Nacer.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

We were very satisfied. Nathalie is a very accommodating and generous host. The place was very clean, tidy and there was everything necessary for the stay and even more available. The place and Nathalie as a host are highly recommended; she is a likable, passionate host.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
