We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Myself and my partner were very pleased with our stay! Vanda and Ksenia were great with communication from start to finish. The place was exactly what we needed and matched the description/photos exactly. It was in a great location close enough walk to the town for food and drinks etc, but quiet enough in the evenings to wind down. Loved it and would highly recommend! Thanks

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

Daniele and his wife Serena were excellent hosts: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel as if we were at home. They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Our stay was amazing, but what truly stood out was the host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly and responsive—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever interacted with. They made everything so smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was not only clean and cozy, but full of thoughtful touches: cold water ready for us, a super cute magnet souvenir, and a bunch of helpful resources to make the most of our trip. Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. A beautiful appartment in a great location - would highly reccomend. Also great value for what we received.

Villanova was such a pretty place to have as a base, we felt very privileged to stay here. Erica's home is wonderfully placed to explore all the local areas by foot, everything we wanted to do seemed to be just 14 minutes walk, the area felt really safe. The home was clean and the photos are correct reflection of the home. Enrica was a wonderfully helpful host, she gave many recommendations of things to do, to see and places to eat, check in was great, we met with Enrica and she showed us around her home. We had a car to explore , so parking close by was a real plus, there is a multi story 5 minutes walk, it was safe and well lit at night, for 24 period it cost us £10 euro.

Everything was perfect! Don't hesitate to stay in Juan's apartment. The location is incredible...we highly recommend!

We Really enjoyed our visit to Cagliari, The apartment is well located and equipped with all you need for a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, trains and the historic part of the city. It’s city living. Alessandra was a super host and we plan to return.

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time. I can only recommend it to everyone, we felt in love with Cagliari, and we will definitely come back!🥰

We stayed three nights in this wonderful studio and had an excellent experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, a comfy bed, a television, and a fully stocked bathroom where we could even do a bit of laundry during our stay. One little thing to add; as we are both over 1.85m tall, the shower was a bit small for us. One of the biggest highlights was the location—set in a calm, peaceful area at the top of the city, yet just a short walk or elevator ride away from the lively center with plenty of great food options. While there’s no dedicated parking at the house, we had no trouble dropping off our luggage first and then finding a spot just outside the Castello. To top it all off, Vincenzo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear directions to the closest parking areas and shared lots of useful tips and information about the city. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay—quiet, comfortable, and ideally located!
