We had a wonderful week. The house has a spectacular view and offers everything you need. Cinzia and her husband were always very kind and available for every need and we will definitely return to their home for a relaxing stay.

Stay in the heart of the Marche region

GloriaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed for three nights at the end of August in conjunction with the Frasassi Climbing Festival. The house is located less than a 5-minute walk from the sports field where most of the event takes place. The house is located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the square and restaurants. It is a very spacious accommodation with large rooms and two comfortable bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Even the kitchen is complete with everything, even a large dishwasher. There is a wonderful terrace in a room overlooking a very green and quiet internal street. Gabriella was a very kind and caring host whom I thank again together with Marco's helpfulness.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay here. The house is as described and even has A/C in the bedrooms if you stay during the Summer. Giancarlo lives next door and will assist in any way needed. I highly recommend this house for a stay. It is centrally located in the country and ideal for exploring the treasures around Umbria and Marche.

Historic Country House in Coccore

ElmoRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!

Casa Elvira

Michele and Laura's cottage is very tastefully decorated and very quietly located in the old district of Serra San Quirico. The amenities are perfect in detail and even better than described and we found everything extremely clean. Laura welcomed us at the local passage and guided us to the accommodation and explained everything. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a Nespresso machine and a hot air fryer, extensive dishes, cutlery and pots. The bed is wide and very comfortable, we haven't slept so well for a long time. There are walking routes directly from the house and the Frassassi Caves are accessible by car and publicly. Fabriano and the paper museum there are also very worth seeing.

Charming country cottage

SaraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Francesco and Gloria's place is a little slice of paradise. Away from the chaos of the city, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden where you can have quiet breakfasts and watch the sunset. The surroundings are wonderful, with lots of trekking and different paths for walks through the vineyards. The different places where you can eat typical cuisine at very honest prices are also very good! Francesco and Gloria are the most hospitable hosts I've ever met, I really say! Discreet but always available. Thank you for welcoming us, see you soon!
