Matteo's home fully met our expectations. It is very clean and tidy and well located, both to go to the sea and to reach the medieval villages located nearby. It is well served with supermarkets and gastronomies and pastry shops. It offers all the amenities mentioned in the listing and more. Matteo and his mother provided us with valuable directions for our stay and are both wonderful people and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful holiday in Carbuccio and will definitely be back

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!
