What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

Le logement est juste PARFAIT : propre, mignon, piscine propre et nettoyer tous les matins avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et les beaux couchés de soleil. Marco et les parents à Margherita sont très sympathiques. Nous avons appréciés échanger quelques mots avec eux. Cefalu est à 10 minutes en voiture Je ne peux que recommander ce logement ! Merci

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

La maison a été notre logement coup de cœur du voyage. on s'est senti bien dès notre arrivée, comme si nous étions reçus par de la famille. tout se fait à pieds, une epicerie s'y trouve à 5 min. Nous avions une belle intimité et la terrasse était magnifique, entourée de fleurs. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un beau séjour authentique !!

Wunderschöner Garten und eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Präsent mit frischem Obst und Wein war sehr herzlich. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Für Ausflüge und Einkäufe ist ein Auto jedoch notwendig. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Ort zum Abschalten! Würde direkt wieder hinfahren!

Wir haben unsere 8 Nächte bei Giuseppe wirklich sehr genossen. Ich kann nichts kritisieren und nur positive Punkte sagen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und super ruhig. Man ist absolut alleine und hat tolle Natur um sich herum. Als wir ankamen waren Snacks wie Melone, Kekse, eine Packung Nudeln und Soße wieso Eis da. Außerdem ein 6er Wasser und Wein. Das hat das ankommen super einfach gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas angelegen, was wir aber genau so wollte. Kleine Hinweise zur Anfahrt: Man muss einen recht steilen und kurvenreichen Weg entlang. Aber mit guten Auto absolut machbar. Wir hatten einen Mercedes E-Klasse und das war gut zu schaffen. Auto sollte aber tatsächlich nicht zu tief sein, da der Weg einige Regenrinnen hat die Tief sind. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und waren absolut begeistert.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Silvia Maria and her husband Giovanni are extremely friendly, helpful and made our trip to the madonie mountains a great experience. The villas garden is beautiful and mostly shared, but the host gave us privacy and was attentive and generous to our needs, offering fruit upon arrival and some olive oil when we forgot to buy it. They gave us lots of tips and places to visit, and the trip was a great success. Thanks Silvia, it has been a great stop on our tour of Sicily.

This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Le logement était parfait, tout comme l’hôte! Je le recommande à tout le monde. La ville est vivante et peu touristique, ce qui permet de découvrir la culture locale dans toute son authenticité. Tous les commerces essentiels sont accessibles à pied, et je recommande vivement le Dolce Vienna en soirée pour déguster un gelato en dessert. Les habitants sont très patients avec les touristes et particulièrement serviables!

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Fattoria verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Unser Sohn hat sich zwischen all den Tieren wohlgefühlt und wurde herzlich "mitgenommen", wir haben tolle Tipps zum Essen und für Ausflüge bekommen und die Atmosphäre war sehr persönlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist top ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist großartig.

A beautiful villa with amazing views. The villa was spotless and decorated nicely. Everything you needed was available, great kitchen. The village of Sant’Ambrogio was 15 minutes walk away which had a few nice restaurants and bars. The beach was 15 minutes walk and beautiful. Cefalu was a 10 minute drive. Great stay!

Sabrina è stata sempre disponibile dal primissimo contatto telefonico. Mi ha aiutato nella ricerca del transfer ma soprattutto ha sempre risposto in maniera tempestiva e super cordiale. Il suo appartamento è pulito, ampio e dotato di tutto ciò di cui una persona può aver bisogno. Sicuramente sarà la mia scelta dovessi ritrovarmi in zona.

Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

Mein Freund und ich waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft bei Magali. Wir waren direkt begeistert, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, bietet hohen Komfort, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse hat uns einen wunderschönen Blick über Olivenhaine zum Meer geboten. Vor der Ferienwohnung verläuft auch ein schöner Fahrradweg, in dem wir durch Iydilische Landschaften fahren könnten Richtung Porto Pablo (Wunderschöner Strand). Fahrräder könnten wir bei auch Magali mieten. Es gibt eine Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe mit einem Penny, der reichlich Auswahl hat an verschiedesten Lebensmitteln. Magali ist ein super Gastgeberin, und hat uns bei jeder Angelegenheit weiter helfen können. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, gerne wieder :)

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mitten in einem Zitronen/Olivenhain mit Zugang zum Meer. Für uns mit 2 Kindern war es perfect.
