We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Paolo's villa was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for our family of five adults. It was spacious, with super nice beds and linens, a lovely kitchen with coffee and extra water provided, along with olive oil and other cooking basics. The view from the terraces and pool are postcard beautiful! We wanted to visit Rome, but did not want to take our rental car into the city, so we stayed in Marino and drove to Augusto metro to park and ride the metro into the city. Then at the end of our hectic day in crowded Rome, we came back to our pool to refresh and relax. And then only 15-20 minutes to Castel Goldolfo for an amazing dinner overlooking peaceful Lake Albano. At every step of our visit to Marino, Paolo gave helpful advice about restaurants, grocery stores, parking for the metro, and anything else. He was an amazing, very responsive host. We highly recommend this spectacular villa for the perfect visit to Rome or the surrounding areas. We wish we had planned to stay longer!

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They make guests feel at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. The owner is kind and flexible, even on check-out. In fact, she let me stay a little longer without leaving in a hurry. We will come back to see you.

What an absolutely lovely place! The family who run this Air BnB couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and it's just a delight with a beautiful terrace and garden where you can sit and look out over Gaeta and the bay. The rooms were so clean and we loved the separate kitchen just off the terrace as we ate outside most evenings. There's some great restaurants just a stroll away too - highly recommend La Macelleria just up to the right of the steps and close under the famous bell tower. Food was fabulous. And Emilio's which is just along the 'high street'. Also the most fabulous ice cream parlour again just under the bell tower (try 'fruiti di bosca' and Amalfi). Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Unfortunately, the stay at Michela's was short, the area is beautiful and she is very, very welcoming and friendly. I was in Ponza with my friend Marta, who is 5 months pregnant, and she also liked the accommodation. Michela also provided us with an outdoor space where we could do yoga and have breakfast! We hope to return! Thank you.

After an initial adjustment (we didn't expect a three-level layout), we felt very comfortable and at ease. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is truly a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the Gaeta port and is, therefore, very characteristic.

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Well-equipped outdoor area suitable for families and a friendly and helpful host. The area is very quiet (a plus!) But you need a car to get around

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

Silvana is a wonderful host in many ways. We were welcomed better than at home. We will carry both Silvana and the beautiful quiet town of Conca Casale in our hearts. We will definitely be back. ❤️

The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We spent one night in Diego's apartment on our way through and it worked well for us.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!
