Really good, clean, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, quiet and inviting place. Maria is very considerate and communicative, no problems whatsoever, really good communication.

Excellent experience. Giovanni and his mom are two exquisite people, they welcomed us with extreme kindness and immediately made themselves available. The house is a little gem in the old upper town of Castel di Sangro, a very quiet and well-maintained place. The center of the village is a 5-minute drive, but if you are a walker, nothing prevents you from getting there on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes. Recommended!

Great experience, very welcoming and technological home with very useful hi-tech. Quiet place to spend days in total relaxation with walks to the lake near the village. Mr. Antonio is a kind and very helpful person, attentive to the needs of guests. An experience to definitely be repeated.

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

Sergio is friendly, always ready to respond and best recommend to make your stay more than pleasant. The house is perfect, clean and with everything beyond what you need. We will return to Sergio to spend days relaxing and deepen the knowledge of Molise.

Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Orza. Its a great place to just relax and unwind. The villa is beautiful and offers lots of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcomed and at home from the very beginning. The apartment is very spacious with a large living area as well as large bedrooms and washroom. With the extreme heat in August, we were a little nervous about there being no air conditioning but that was not an issue at all. The apartment has lots of large windows and it allows for great breeze to come in and flow throughout. At check in we were greeted with a home made bottle of wine made with grapes from the property and it was delicious. We also had an opportunity to try some of the sweet grapes, figs and fresh eggs all from trees and chickens that are on the property. While enjoying an afternoon swim we were visited by peacocks that roam the land as well. Over all a great experience and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning!

The apartment is really comfortable. There is everything, a bit like at home, kitchen kit, toiletries. Bed linen, toilet linen in quantity. Really great. The decor is typical Italian. Two air conditioners for our well-being 😀 The view is exceptional, with a sunrise not to be missed. The location of the residence is really good, a little apart from the hustle and bustle of town and the beach. Nevertheless, very easily accessible with easy parking. Only 2 km from the supermarkets. The residence is unfortunately a little aging, and the pool has not been exploited for years a priori. The second week's arrivals were very noisy. There is a mix of locals and vacationers. You can choose between the crowded beaches of CampoMarino, or the almost empty beaches, right in front of the apartment, unfortunately you have to take the car or the bike, but it's great!!! 🏖️ Thank you

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

Amazing place, very spacious and clean. Nice to have a front and back yard as well as a gated driveway. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Gessica and her husband were wonderful hosts! They really deserve more than 5/5! From the first contact for booking, Gessica wanted to see how she could best accommodate us. She had gluten free snacks for my daughters and I and made us a delicious breakfast that included gluten free pancakes! She recommended a lovely restaurant in town that’s had delicious antipasti and pasta. She also helped set up guided horseback riding and we got to see the beautiful countryside. It was amazing to stay in a castle! The accommodations were like the photos and the location is just beautiful. Gessica and her husband really went above and beyond to host us. If we ever make it back to Italy again, we would love to come back to stay here again! Thank you both so much for such a lovely time in San Marco dei Cavoti!

We had a great time, they gave us a cot for the baby and left some very good cookies, which turned out to be providential since we hadn't taken dinner... to finish the prosecco was also very good, I was a little sorry to forget it... I highly recommend the structure

A wonderful experience in La Pigna among the 3 trees, immersed in unspoiled nature with breathtaking landscapes that convey serenity and joy. The wooden house is a dream, beautiful and complete with every feature, and eating in the open-air kitchen overlooking the valley was a unique experience. It is wonderful to be in such direct contact with nature, with its sounds and smells. A holiday in which it was possible to fully experience the comfort, beauty and tranquility of the house, and to explore the beautiful woods and villages that are in the surroundings of the house. Stefano was an exemplary host, friendly and interesting, with genuine availability, and also welcoming and kind in accompanying us in this beautiful experience.

Tito and his wife were really excellent. They welcomed us with kindness and availability. In the house we found everything we needed as a basic need and even more. The house is in the countryside, a quiet environment and a good base to visit Molise; it is also equipped with internet connection. Communicating with Tito was easy, via message, but the response was always timely and thorough. If we go back to those parts, we will definitely consider it.
