Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

Excellent stay. The apartment is wonderful, the terrace is sensational. Marcos always very kind and request. When I go to São Paulo, I will definitely stay with Marcos again.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Our choice for family accommodation was spot on! Maickon helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay, provided all the necessary support and made us feel very comfortable in our accommodation! The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

It was a great experience staying in Marcos' apartment. In addition to the organization and amenities, Marcos was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs. I recommend this space for those who need to be in downtown São Paulo in a cozy and comfortable environment.

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friends getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

I had a wonderful weekend at Sítio Sonho Meu! The place is simply enchanting, surrounded by mountains, with a breathtaking view. One of the most special moments was cooking with a wonderful view - a unique and pleasurable experience! The house has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, which makes all the difference. The ranch's main attractions are the lake, the animals, the soccer field, the vegetable garden, the playground, and the cows and horses that roam the surroundings, bringing even more charm and tranquility to the place. It is an excellent place for those looking to connect with family, enjoy nature and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The host, Janaína, was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you!!

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight.
