It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, flat screen TV, free Wifi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, patio, garden and a beautiful private outdoor pool (10 m long X 5 m wide) in front of the villa. It has air conditioning and central heating inthe entire Villa. It has a free uncovered parking with capacity for 3 cars.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

The two-storey Villa Rote is set in a peaceful, rural location just outside the town of Campanet and can accommodate 10 people. It features an air-conditioned living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with bathtub, one with shower) and 2 extra toilets. This typical Majorcan villa also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair (on request), a cot, a table tennis table, a pool table and a parking space. Small pets are welcome.
