Loved staying at this Airbnb. Perfectly located right outside of downtown Sedona. Close to a number of iconic trailheads. Gayle was a great host with a beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, very close to hiking trails, restaurants, & shopping; while still being very private. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool & hot tube were the highlight of the trip.

Our stay was amazing, and so peaceful! Thank you to Mitchell and Jared for everything! The house was everything we wanted and more. My 2 daughters loved being able to jump in the pool after a few hot days of hiking! Would recommend this location and home to anyone!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable — you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and welcoming. The outdoor swim spa was definitely a highlight — relaxing in warm water while soaking in the incredible views was pure bliss. The location is perfect: peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is gorgeous. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we could need or want. Very comfortable beds and linens. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was fantastic with amazing views. Would be happy to stay here again.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

The place is amazing! The kitchen is fully furnished and the game room was nice and stocked with board games and books. The rooms are great with king-size beds, everything was very clean and felt very homey to be there.

I want to second the review from someone that said if you're worried about staying in a mobile home, don't be. My priority was having a private spot where I could be in nature and the back porch was a slice of heaven. I grilled the most perfect meals and was delighted to watch humming birds sipping on the feeder. I even witnessed a hawk munching on a critter. It's the perfect spot for peace and quiet but also close enough to town if you want to venture to shops and restaurants. Robin was the perfect host with attention to details that make your stay more enjoyable like free snacks and even a bottle of wine! Will definitely book again when I'm needing a quick escape from the Valley.

This was my second stay as I loved it so much the first time and it didn't disappoint. The home is simply charming, full of personal touches, clean, very well laid out, full of all the little things that made the week just perfect. The backyard grill came in handy, the location is perfect, central to so many places to visit. The beds are comfortable, linens clean and beautiful. There was nothing about this home I didn't enjoy except leaving it, I really didn't want to leave and I look forward to returning again. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any question. First class experience.

Everyone in our group kept saying this place is a hidden treasure. We all felt very comfortable. It was fun having kayaks and this place being right on the water. There was plenty of everything for our stay. I can see why this place stays booked!

This was our second time having the pleasure to stay at Darryl’s place. We feel very at home here. It is peaceful, unique and just perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and we don’t need to bring our own towels or linens because his are perfect! We love having coffee on the back patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed plenty of wildlife, including our favorite crane. We brought our own records this time to enjoy and enjoyed a romantic dinner at the wonderful Moscato Italian restaurant again! Lisa and Lance’s place was fabulous! It was exactly as it was described. Totally private and peaceful. The views all around were incredible. The trails were literally steps from the house. We were treated with 2 visits a day from the javelina’s and saw coyotes on several occasions. Lisa was very responsive to anything that we contacted her about and had no list of chores (stripping the bed/washing towels etc) for us to do before we left. We would definitely stay there if we are in the area again…as it was one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed in.

The house was wonderful. It was just far enough outside of town to be private and very peaceful. There was a little road noise from Red Rock Loop but it wasn’t horrible. Brindy and Dennis were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Just Right! While the house had more than we needed it is a fantastic size for a family. Our dogs loved the patio to watch wildlife and get fresh air. The kitchen is great too. Our bed was very comfortable. The house was close to everything especially the university - just a short 10 minute drive to all the graduation activities. If we come back to the area we will stay here again! Thanks Spencer!

We liked the space as soon as we walked in. 3 sofas in a good size living room, having a dining space was great............just overall relaxing and everything we needed and more. Sitting outside in the backyard in the warm sun and a large swing for 2 people was a treat as well. Frig had condiments and a special stand with treats on it, yum. Thank you Roseanne.

Our family really enjoys staying at Stacy's. It is a good fit our family which includes young adults. The kitchen is large enough and set up well for us for at home cooking. There is also the opportunity for walking to a restaurants. Back yard has a beautiful view!

She was very responsive and helpful to enjoy we enjoyed our stay. She provided tips on things to do my all members of my family.

Really nice place. The pictures don't do it justice. Their animals are a pleasure to see. The Alpacas, mini chickens and turtle were great and their friendly pet dog was so welcoming not to mention his owner Randy. He was outside on his premises when we arrived and we had the pleasure of speaking to him about his animals and what not. We love to hear stories and he was super friendly. Nice place to get out of the city for sure and just see all Camp Verdy has to offer in the comfort of this beautiful home!

Plenty of room to park if you had more than one vehicle, very comfy, roomy

We had a great weekend. Our boys (age 5 & 7) had so much fun playing corn hole, exploring the creek and swinging in the tree swing. The home is beautiful- perfect place for a peaceful relaxing weekend.

Four of us stayed overnight while attending a reunion about 25 minutes away in the Village of Oak Creek near Sedona. This house fit our needs perfectly and was easy to find. We used the house for getting ready, overnight sleeping, plus morning coffee and it served those purposes well with comfortable beds for all and nice mugs.. We did bring our own coffee and coffee maker which is typical for us. One of my sisters slept in the bunk bed room that has an overhead ceiling light. She borrowed one of the bedside lamps from the queen room to plug in beside the lower bunk for easy reach lighting. Typically most kids don’t wake up in the middle of the night like adults. For adults potentially using that bedroom our suggestion is to have a small lamp available. Very nice space and it was great for sleeping. Thank you to the hosts.

We loved our stay in Rimrock, it's great location for exploring Beaver Creek, Sedona, and Montezuma's Well near by. We enjoyed the cabin very much, it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The creek access in the backyard was nice and we also enjoyed walking to the small park with our young children.
