On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable, spotless clean, and included a light breakfast with toasts, coffee, and fresh fruit. The host was extremely responsive and shared lots of great local tips. The only thing to keep in mind is the walk to the apartment — it's about a 5-minute uphill climb from the main road, with quite a few stairs. That said, it's part of Modica’s charm as a vertical city. The host also recommended several nearby places to park, which made things much easier

We had a great time. It is a beautiful villa and is very well kept. The host was very responsive throughout. She also had some goodies for us upon arrival and did provide great local recommendations. I wish we could stay longer. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed.

Divine location , spectacular view over a whole pristine valley filled with olive, almond and citrus trees Beautiful for runs , walks and exploring .The clear sea water of the Riserva di Vendicari 20 min away . The stunning interior design - 17th century Vietri tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms - an incredible collection of baskets and ceramics Ready for filling with the fruits and vegetables of surrounding countryside. There is the most wonderful farm nearby where you can buy fresh ricotta and other goat/ sheep cheeses, eggs, jams, honey, capers , oregano , and meet the animals ( owned by Concetto Scardaci ) It’s less than an hour from the airport . Rhiannon’s a perfect host explaining all before I need to ask any questions .She suggested wonderful places to eat and cultural visits not far away .

Absolutely one of a kind! The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. We loved the privacy and peaceful atmosphere, yet it was just a short distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to be, ideally located, just a few stairs away from the middle of Modica, with some limitations on the view from the property. All fine from our perspective. We enjoyed our stay very much. Modica is a good starting point for journeys to Noto valley and a little quieter than Noto or Ragusa.

We had a great time at Pignella's place! The accommodation is located in a green setting, quiet. We were able to rest there, enjoy the beautiful pool, and visit the surrounding area. The accommodation is perfectly located for visiting the unmissable cities of the area: Modica, Noto, Ragusa, etc. Pignella is a pleasant and discreet host. We recommend this property!
