Perfect place to vacation. We loved every minute of our stay and the beautiful House and Garden. Thank you so much Riccardo for having us.

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Elena s place was awesome, great house, fantastic outside area with superb swimming pool and BBQ area.The house is very private and secure with great views especially from the upstairs balcony.Elena and Svetlana where very kind to allow us an early check in and late check out, wonderful hosts.There is a beautiful village square about 10 minutes walk with fantastic restaurants, 5 minutes to the lake which is stunning with great facilities, we will definitely return, Many thanks

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

We felt right at home. A beautiful area near the lake, yet very quiet and you could switch off well. The pool had exactly the right temperature that we even had to jump in once right after arrival. The car is parked behind the house where there is hardly any sun, which is perfect, because the car was not so hot. The furnishings and cleanliness of all things was mega and the idea with the wine cellar converted to a shop was the highlight anyway. Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. We had an all-around perfect stay in this beautiful vacation home in Malcesine! Five nights we were four with a dog there and enjoyed every minute. The location is absolutely quiet – ideal for relaxing – and the completely fenced property was perfect for our four-legged friend. We especially liked the lovingly maintained garden and the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains – simply gigantic! We were able to go on great hikes directly from the house, including to Monte Baldo. A big thank you to Monica - she was always available, super warm and even spoiled us with fresh, own cherries. The access is a bit narrow, but even with a large car it is doable. A real little paradise - we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, right on the promenade, very central, but still pleasantly quiet. It is very spacious (we were two), clean and corresponds to the photos. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake. The contact with Gianmario was straightforward, he immediately responded to questions after check-in and helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Massimiliano has created a real gem with this lovingly renovated farm. The furnishings are well thought out and of high quality, nothing is missing. The location in the small town offers a lot of peace, but at the same time is ideally connected - highway, supermarkets, gas station and McDonald's can be reached in a few minutes. We particularly appreciated the included tennis and fishing offer. A real highlight was the warm hospitality, also towards our German shepherd Lego. It is not self-evident that large dogs are not only allowed here, but really welcome. The completely fenced property was ideal for him - and the fact that Massimiliano watched with a smile as Lego jumped into the pool from time to time says everything about his relaxed nature as a host. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakeries, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with many seating options.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the impeccable accommodation provided by Giulia. Great location and quite quiet area - comfortable decor

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlo's house. It was all super clean, well organized and prepared. Communication was excellent with instant reactions. Also the kids enjoyed the multiple options and available toys in the garden. The view on the lake is really stunning.

Anna’s place is absolutely amazing. Seriously, we were blown away and it exceed all of our expectations! We thought the place looked fine when we were booking, but the photos do not do it justice- it is beautiful and so well-designed. The space is clean and beautiful, but more importantly- Anna is a good, good host. If we are ever back in the area, we will 100% stay here no matter what!

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

An outstanding place for vacation. Access to the location is not easy but the hosts get you there with ease and transportation there if needed. The preparation was excellent and communication was great. The property itself is secluded and secure with easy access to the lake and neighboring towns.

We stayed at Agata and Alfredo's place and had a great time. Contacts with Agata were quick and easy. Alfredo gave us great tips for the restaurants in the area that, proven, were very positive. The house is comfortable and nice, organized with an attractive kitchen and the living room on the ground floor, complete with a bathroom with shower, essential for four people. The bedrooms and the second full bathroom are on the upper floors, which can be reached by a staircase. The location is perfect, overlooking the main road that leads to the main points of interest on the lakefront and the Franciacorta. Walking distance to the lake and the pretty village of Clusane. Very nice apartment with garden and charming terrace.

a very nice place a little out of time and urbanization. we recommend in addition in June with jasmine in bloom, it's a little paradise!
