Romina is a very welcoming and kind host. My partner and I stayed a week in her annex and had a very good time. We were greeted by her in person upon arrival, with flexible check-in time, and guided step-by-step on how to settle into her home and the area, with several tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation was perfectly clean and fragrant, with some small amenities not commonly found in other Airbnb accommodations. We also had the company of her three beautiful dogs in the garden, calm and cuddly. The area offers a lot to visit, we in particular explored the most beautiful beaches of Conero, various villages such as Recanati, Jesi and Offagna and the caves of Frasassi, just to give a few examples. I recommend Romina's accommodation, you feel at home.

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

The apartment was exactly as described: * very clean. * very quiet (pedestrian street). * everything was provided for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was close to the sea, port, shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to return in the summer next year.

We stopped on our way back from Puglia. The apartment was perfect and the hosts were very responsive. Public and private beaches are nearby. No opinion on the sector, we did not have time to walk around.

We spent a wonderful week at Giuliano's. Above all, the wonderful garden inspired us. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Sufficiently beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is within easy walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Alessia and her family made us feel very welcome right from the beginning. Even after we have left Alessia was very helpful because we forgot something in the apartment. The apartment was in perfect condition. The view of the landscape was stunning with seaview in the distance. We loved the quiet surroundings. The Whirlpool was a nice extra. We would have loved to stay longer and like to come back.

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 meters away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

We spent a weekend at Francesco's and his family's house. The place is in a great location and enjoys a breathtaking view. The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access and private parking in front of the house. As soon as we entered, we did not imagine finding the large spaces that the house offers because the photos do not do it justice... beyond all expectations!!! Everything is perfect and well maintained... from the cleanliness to the furnishings. Equipped with every comfort and much more than what is indicated. Great location for reaching the center and all the amenities. Francesco was very responsive and very kind to all our requests. He made us feel at home... What can I say... if it were possible to give more stars I would!!!! We will definitely be back.
